We were given the top floor.. it was wonderful. The room is for 5 with two queen beds and one full. The only issue was the shower, it needed a curtain so the water does not wet the bathroom floor. Other than that the hotel was fabulous. great location only about 15min from everything.

Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit tollem Bad - sehr sauber und total hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, würde es aber nicht unbedingt buchen, da es fussläufug andere gute Optionen gibt.

Magnifico hotel, con una situación inmejorable en el centro de Granada, muy fácil de encontrar con el coche. Una limpieza total y la atención al cliente nos parecio muy buena, dándonos información detallada de lo mejor por ver. Cama muy comoda y muy buen servicio en todo, además de tener parking al lado, también el desayuno maravilloso.

la personne de la reception parle le français et est d'excellents conseils concernant les circuits à faire dans de grenade et le moyen de s'y rendre. elle a également accepté de mettre nos valises en consigne jusqu'à notre départ le soir. les chambres sont belles avec une vaste salle de bain. l'hygiène est garantie par des emballages plastiques.

The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful. Drawbacks were the plumbing of other rooms could be heard distinctly, and slowness of the internet in the salon (but this is a minor point). Great location for the centre of Granada.

A estadia no Reina Mora foi excelente. O próprio dono do hotel atende na portaria e, portanto, o atendimento é o melhor que há: além de super simpático, oferece todas as dicas da cidade, o que fazer, reserva entradas para passeios, enfim, presta todo auxílio possível. O hotel é super charmoso, o quarto muito claro, com janela para um jardim. A cama tem até dossel! Limpeza nota 10. O café da manha é opcional, e bem razoável, em uma sala linda, colocado numa unica mesa grande. O preço foi o mais econômico desta viagem a Espanha (Madri e Barcelona), embora o hotel tenha sido o de melhor qualidade. A internet égratuita e muito rápida. Adorei o Reina Mora, e me hospedarei novamente la se voltar a Granada. Também recomendo fortemente.

The staff was great. The room was a little small for the furniture. It had a full sized bed, but you could not walk around it to the closet. I had to sit on the bed to access the closet. The bathroom was a nice size. The immediate area near the entrance is just an alleyway, but it is a short walk to lots of things.

Hotel that ticked all of the boxes for us, well located, clean, nice breakfast - really helpful friendly staff - small room but it was just a base and this suited us as we were out for most of the day taking in the sights of Granada - stayed three nights which was enough for us to experience the main areas of the City

We had the deluxe room. Bed was comfy and room very clean. Shower had good water pressure. Room was on first floor, window opened to pretty enclosed courtyard with flowers. No other guests could go into courtyard making our room very private. Walking distance to activities in the city. Located off the main road making it very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Chose to eat breakfast on our own so can't comment on that. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a small, simple hotel with lots of charm.
