I forgot to review this, went last year for my birthday with my wife and friends. stayed for 5 days. The hotel is located in a large apartment block. Very cool, laid back surroundings, easy checking. Right on Gran Via, near the university so access to everything is pretty good. To be honest, I love Barcelona anyway, having been there for my honeymoon years before. so can not really fault it. Anyway the hotel was bang on. The only gripe was the big wooden shutters didn't shut properly so sunlight woke you up early doors and even being on the main road it wasn't too noisy either.

If you are looking for a clean and professional place, I highly recommend this place. The location is good in the center of Barcelona. The condition is spotless. The employees are very friendly. We had no problems when I stayed here with my two friends. They explained everything very clearly and neatly and clean everything. Outside the hotel was also comfortable.

This is a great hotel. In a wonderful location, it is quite affordable, clean and the hotel staff is always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will stay here again if you are coming to Barcelona.

I recommend this location to couples, young people, and anyone looking for an affordable option in a central location. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and couldnt have been happier with our decision. It is an older building which I love, but it was very clean and had a modern flair. Starting with our check, the staff who helped us were extremely friendly and gave us lots of useful information about the city. I enjoyed talking with them and felt like they genuinely cared about our stay. The location cannot be beat and it was simple to get anywhere using the university metro station. Other reviews mentioned noise, but to be honest, aside from some street noise, I was not disturbed by other guests at all during the evening hours. In fact, we may have been loud coming in late from going out!

I highly recommend this place, if you want to stay here again, you can find many more metro stations close by. The room design is very cute, with a good cleanliness and a decent decor. I can use the terrace for my room, which is peaceful and has a beautiful outdoor space to relax when the bustle of city life comes in.
