After a week-long absence, I recently returned. Excellent self-catering accommodation, a pleasant and peaceful pool area, and a short bus ride from los christians and las americas are all within easy reach of this location. Sarah, Jason, and Nikki served excellent cuisine in the eatery. Particularly the soul brothers' performance on a Sunday night, the spectacle was first-rate. The only drawback was that there wasn't enough milk available to make a cup of tea after arriving at one in the morning, so a welcome package could be ideal for those arriving late. Will undoubtedly return to a fantastic location.

When I arrived, there was a box with the key inside because the reception was closed. I read that this had happened, but there was a cheesy act going on at the restaurant, and I thought it was ok, and the wifi was fine. Stayed for a week but there were no cleaners in the room during the stay, no new towels, emptying bins, or replenishment of toilet paper. After the first day the wifi went down and appeared to improve when new visitors arrived. It felt a bit like a blackpool hotel, it was nothing like bring-in Spain. The onsite shop was more than twice as expensive as supermarkets in Los Cristianos and Playa do los Americas. The bread was stale, never seen fresh, and I will not be returning, such a shame.

Very nice hotel with the staff with good pool. Very good and reasonably priced with good food and drink. No air conditioning in the room, but it is not necessary during this time of year. The room and bed were comfortable enough and the hotel was quiet. A taxi to the town is a must as it's a few miles from the price. Would be happy to return.

I would definitely make another reservation to stay here in the future. Thank you, Lisa Ex. For the most part, I can't believe anyone can write a bad review about this place, so please ignore those comments! We arrived on February 1 for a week and were greeted warmly by the beautiful possibly we remained in villa 10, which is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, a man regularly cleaned the pool, the cleaner came around during our stay and the bins were empty daily. We loved the location as a hen party wanting to party and unwind so a taxi to Las Americas is only 10 euros. Unfortunately, our party mum got really sick, so my daughter and I stayed behind. Fabric, the manager, is the friendliest person you could ever meet. He allowed me to stay an extra few days at the villa before moving us to an apartment which is again tidy and has everything you need. He calls us a taxi to the hospital every day because my mother is kept in, and I can not thank the staff enough for everything they have done. Thanks once more.
