They also did not apologize. In fact, I believe that we should have been given a discount for this because it was difficult to find a WiFi spot in the city. Apart from that, it was good. Great location and friendly staff. I would stay again, but request a good discount.

This is a good hotel but you get what you pay for. It is ok for short trips, but if you want to spend longer in Medina, I would recommend a different hotel. Positive was that the hotel room was spacious. The interior was quite basic but functional. Wired internet is also available and worked very well. Wi-Fi is only available at the front desk. The building is old and needs to be renovated. Hotel staff were friendly but didn't speak English. This made communication difficult. The location is ok. Its a 15-minute walk to the city center and there is a grocery nearby. Bear in mind that the Medina del campo is a dead city and there is not much chance to do anything in the evening.

Overall, I suggest it. We stayed here as a stopover hotel. It appears to be stuck in the is, but I must say the staff is very helpful and this was the biggest room and bathroom we had during our entire 3 weeks in Spain. They offer free parking and free wifi in the rooms. It was clean and close to the Plaza Mayor. We had dinner at Monaco 1962 and had a delicious menu del dia.

The room and bathroom were both clean. Because there was a damp smell, I chose a room without a carpet. Air conditioning was not provided in all rooms, which did not help with the heat. My room's roller shutters did not work or properly open. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly, so I have no complaints about that. Stay here if you are not looking for anything extravagant and just somewhere central and clean.

Oude hacer el check-in aunque eran las 23:15, la habitación acorde al precio, en buen estado y limpia. Servicio de limpieza todos los días. Desayuno básico pero con fruta, yogures y posibilidad de tostar pan.

This hotel is good, and well equipped. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We found the room to be spacious, clean and the price is worth the money. The receptionists were really helpful and the parking location was a free option.

La atención del personal algo confusa: la habitación estaba pagada y quisieron cobrarme de nuevo, tenía el parking incluido y me lo querían cobrar también. La habitación bien para el precio y cuenta con parking que es algo necesario. No dispone de restaurantes y le desayuno es bastante básico y sencillo.
