Sehr nettes Service bei der Ankunft. Gepäck wird sofort vom Hotelpersonal übernommen und ins Zimmer gebracht. Feines Begrüßungsgetränk. Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich. Frühstück ist äußerst großzügig. Dass man jedoch zum Frühstück in einer Schlange anstehen muss und warten bis man einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt, hab ich nicht so toll gefunden. Man sollte sich also reichlich Zeit nehmen fürs Frühstück, denn das Personal dort ist auch etwas überfordert. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel und in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. (Spa und Pool wurden aufgrund des nur 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt)

Wunderschönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer zur Stadt hinaus. Fenster bieten einen sehr guten Lärmschutz. Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl von hoher Qualität. Leider kam es am letzten Tag zu einer längeren Wartezeit (20 Minuten) beim Frühstück, da die Tische im Außenbereich begrenzt sind.

The hotel was wonderful and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful in allowing us to experience Valencia and feel very comfortable. I wish the pool was heated but other than that everything else was amazing. We loved that the hotel had bicycles to rent and are 8 days was magical.

We had a lovely short holiday by the sea. The view from our terrace was fantastic. Valencia was buzzing with preparations for Las Fallas festival so it was nice to retreat to the hotel which is a short walk away from the centre. The bar in the hotel lobby is a great place to people watch and the staff are often busy but very friendly. We had a lovely afternoon bobbing around in the spa with the water jets in the sunshine. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed in a great hotel and welcoming staff.

We stayed here for a few nights during our month long France/Spain vacation. This was by far our fav hotel we stayed at during our vacation. The hotel is amazing but really it’s the friendly and helpful staff that make this place feel like home away from home. The location on the beach is beautiful and close to many wonderful restaurants. The only thing we could think of that might need attention is they moved together two twin beds in our room to make a king bed for us. The beds were on rollers. They were not secured so everyday the beds were rolling around the room each time we sat on them or laid on them. This was quite annoying. We enjoyed a wonderful spa treatments and the in-house restaurant and morning breakfast in stellar. We will seek out this company from now on!

A five star experience in a hotel that is spotless and comfortable. The pool is enormous and sunbeds plentiful. The beach is spacious and cleaned daily. If we go back to València then we will definately stay here.

An amazing hotel which is immaculate and has all the facilities that you would require in a five star hotel. The only thing that I would change is the breakfast as I was vegetarian and there was very little warm vegetarian breakfast choices.

The hotel was by far one of my favorites. The room was immaculate and offered amenities such as robes, slippers, and toiletries. Breakfast had many options and was always fresh. The staff is extremely kind and willing to help. We were offered drinks upon arrival. They held our luggage while we went and enjoyed the beach. The spa was very clean and the massage services were amazing.
