The hotel was so centrally located we could walk everywhere. It was quiet and street noise was not an issue. I would highly recommend here if you are in Alicante

We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Our bedroom in the attic was gorgeous with an extra large, divinely comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, hot drinks facilities, a small fridge, hair dryer and soap/shower gel. We felt at home immediately. Staff at the hotel were 5***** plus! Such warm, hard working and responsive people - if we said we needed something it appeared within 5 minutes (and we were on floor 3!!!). The roof top balcony is beautiful, with views of the castle which were especially stunning when lit up at night. The location of the hotel in the old town is perfect - a 15 minute walk (up lots of stairs and through gorgeous winding streets) to the beautiful old Santa Cruz area with its famous ‘blue pots’ street, 30 seconds to the lively at the Santa Simone square with restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes to the marina. I’ve seen reviews complaining about tiny rooms with small bathrooms and would counter these by saying the website makes it clear that some rooms are for 1-2 guests while others are a double room. I did notice both options when booking, looked carefully at each and realised a true double is the room for 2 persons. The double room was spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. The hotel also benefits from the character of an historic building. Thank you to the team for the best stay ever!!!

Didn't have breakfast, the room was small but very comfortable, cosy and quiet. Slept really well. The staff were very accommodating in particular Debby who was lovely. The roof top terrace is stunning.
