This message was sent to the hotel directly without receiving any response for days, but I did get an automated email to review on TripAdvisor, so here's the deal. Thank you for the special arrangements in the room, and your staff were helpful throughout the stay, but I have one complaint to bring up that left us disappointed and didn't feel right at the beginning of the trip. We asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi the night before our departure to the airport, who was kind enough to do so and informed us that it typically costs around 2030 euros. The driver in the morning seemed nice enough not to raise any suspicion, but after about two minutes of arriving at the columbus statue, the taximeter was already at euros plus the airport surcharge. Arriving at the airport, we ended up paying 43 euros. Im assuming the driver arrived earlier than requested at 0830, and we were sitting in the car around 0827, and I had no tangible evidence. I didn't complain to the taxi driver as by the time we realized the overcharge was too late and I had no tangible evidence. Ive worked in hotels my entire life, so I can honestly assume there might be an unspoken agreement between the receptionist and taxi drivers for commission which if true is extremely unprofessional and inexpensive, or your receptionists simply need to take a taxi ride to the airport to understand and provide more accurate information, this left

At the end of March, we remained at the hotel oasis for three nights. Our apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the pool. During our stay, everyone was kind and polite. We regularly used a tiny bar in the lobby. We were eager to eat the breakfast buffet each morning because it was delicious. This motel's location is one of its best attributes. In Barcelona, public transportation is excellent. We used the metro, trains, and buses, which were all on the same block as this hotel. The beach, ramble, the Gothic Quarter, and the marina could all be reached on foot. There are numerous fantastic restaurants close by. When we return to Barcelona, I'll stay at this motel once more. I'll stay there when I visit this hotel once more.

It has an excellent location, 50 meters from the metro, lots of places to walk and spend the day, and lots of good restaurants nearby. The room itself was reasonably good in terms of size and lodging. The staff was excellent in supporting us. When you have a flight later in the day, they will let you store your baggage for free.

I was unable to comment on parking because we were dropped off by friends. The hotel is tidy and well-functioning for a reasonable price. We reserved a superior room with a balcony, which wasn't exactly as shown on the website, but it was pleasant all the same. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Most tourist attractions are easily accessible by the Barcelona Metro, which is located on the sea side of the city, and it is an easy walk to the bottom of la ramble.
