My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for a weekend in mid-March. First of all, without a vehicle, it isn't easy to get to the hotel. There are about 300 steps to go up, and it's almost him from the village. The receptionist was fine, but he wasn't particularly helpful in arranging a taxi. The hotel's views were breathtaking, really stunning, but the room was rather basic. The bathroom was great, though! Breakfast is very simple, bread yougurts. It's fine if you just want to sleep, but if you want to spend a little more time in the room, I wouldn't recommend it.

I heartily endorse this hotel. The room's mountain view was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and caring. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The evening buffet menu was varied, delicious, and at a great price. The buffet breakfast is the same. The hotel is uphill from the ski resort, but can be reached by bus or taxi.

I will not try here again. I've stayed in many hotels in Sierra Nevada and typically visit there four to five times per year, so I was excited to visit a new hotel. Really a little let down.. I knew it would be a long way from the center, which it is in reality not, but it is difficult to get there with a ski kit and overnight bags. You can walk the road route for 40 minutes or take the unlit stairs. Not recommended unless you are an Olympic athlete, the room itself was great, very good in fact, but I was a little dissatisfied with the hotel's overall appearance. I don't think it's been renovated since it was built, and it's beginning to look worn out. The receptionist was very helpful. But that doesn't make up for a tired hotel. The continental breakfast was reasonably expected, but it isn't presented in the most effective way. On the second morning we decided to go out for breakfast to get the views of the village are stunning, but you get the same views at many other hotels.

Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi hade ett stort fyrbäddsrum (2 dubbelsängar) allt var rent och prydligt. Bra frukostbuffé med gott kaffe (espressomaskin) och färskpressad juice. Och utsikten från frukostrummet!! Man har hela Granada för sina fötter! Det enda om man ska säga något negativt- fanns ett (!) enda uttag för ström i rummet, så vi fick ladda våra telefoner i omgångar. Nästa gång tar vi med en förgreningsdisa- för vi kommer absolut tillbaka!
