If you get a good room, this experience might feel better. At least the hotel is incredibly central. Room 11 was definitely not as pleasant as the previous one. Although it was tidy and filled with all the necessary items in a double room that resembled a basement in terms of cleanliness, it was packed in a claustrophobic environment. Every interaction I made, the ac and the extremely tiny bathtub made it even warmer. Each breakfast was a croissant or a toast with coffee and orange juice. After leaving the room, breakfast in the tiny rooftop restaurant was refreshing. The staff was pleasant and supportive.

The location is right on one of the main shopping streets and close to the center. So the rooms are simple even though I have to stay here twice, but I will definitely return. The service is excellent and friendly, and there is a garage where you can leave your vehicle.

I highly recommend this hotel, in the city center, which is only a short walk from the main attractions. The hotel is an excellent hotel, and it offers very good prices. The bed linen is not original and the furniture needs to be replaced, but it is neat and peaceful. On the rooftop, there is a restaurant that serves delicious food.

We had all of the things we needed to see at the Alhambra. The hotel is in a prime position. All the attractions we wanted to see were just a short walk away. The staff provides a friendly and engaging reception. Information was given about where to eat, what time to go to the Alhambra palace. We already had purchased the palace tickets, but the receptionist offered to print out the email for me so I could get a paper ticket to take to the gate. That went above and beyond excellent customer service. The room itself was very spacious, with a queen-sized bed, wardrobes, writing desk, bedside tables, a safe, a trouser press, and a minibar. It was empty but you could put your belongings there if you wanted to. The cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent and modern. The entire hotel was spotless. Breakfast can be purchased in the cafeteria on the first floor for a very low fee. We had fresh coffee and the most amazing croissants. We paid extremely little for our room. I was so impressed and wouldn't be afraid to recommend the hotel to others.

For a few nights, this hotel was fine. The central location was wonderful to me. It was in a very convenient spot in the city. 10 points in the vicinity. Staff was fine, helpful but not overly enthusiastic. I was advised to go to Gypsy Flamenco because the dance was awful. Ive also viewed a flamenco performance in Nevington and fell in love with it. So I followed his advice. Gypsy Flamenco was awful, so I went to see Casa the following day. Im not entirely sure why the guy. Perhaps he enjoys the dance, though. Just be prepared to climb some flights of stairs that will take you to the lift or your room, just in case. When I opened the door to my room, the air conditioning was warm and hot, meanwhile the temperature outside was in the single digits. That is my most significant complaint about the noise I continually hear from my neighbour! Every time he goes to the bathroom, I can hear him! The walls are thin! But it was okay for a few nights. Simple room. I was out most of the time anyway.
