I really meet my expectations. The shower is strange because the door doesn't close properly. Service is good but the staff charges me twice the room fee due to mistakes but not what I expected. The location is good and well communicated. I will probably return.

I'd stay here again and would recommend it. So, we've only spent two nights there for four nights, but we can't fault this location! Where to begin.. 5 minute walk from many de valleys metro stations, bus stops, and bars. Check-in was quick and handled by a very friendly staff member, and the room was ready when we arrived at around noon. A family room with bunk beds over double beds, as expected for a cheap hotel at this price but cheating and a large shower. Toiletries. September we. The only drawback: road noise. With the window closed, it's OK. Breakfast is reasonably priced, with a nice selection of cereals, bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheese, meats, coffee, teas, and juices. All the personnel have been friendly and accommodating, including housekeeping, and keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. A few games and a computer to use other points include free wifi, outdoor smokers, paid parking nearby, and khr snacks are all available at reception.

We booked this hotel based on other people's positive feedback, but I think they're talking about a different place altogether. I won't stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone else. In addition, if you're in a hurry or have time to check out, do not expect to hear a nice service. The hotel is close to plenty de valleys metro stop, but it's only if you know where to go. The only indicator is to go toward burger king and continue down the same road farther away. It's very difficult to haul luggage from the metro station to the hotel entrance. There are many de valleys metro station's escalators and escalators, so it is quite difficult. From 12 am to midnight, the check-out time is noon, and there are stairs to go up, and there is nothing to see nearby. I have stayed in other ibis hotels and have never had any complaints, but this one is far worse than their towels. The toilet door has a doorknob or lock, and there is only one shelf with no door, which is practically right in front of your bed, and that makes my entire apartment smelly. The bath linen in our apartment was torn and had a hole in the center. I made a reservation in advance, and after reserving the same, I understand the staff

We stayed here for 2 nights because we were going to the Real Madrid I Barcelona game. The hotel was more than adequate, basic as expected but very clean with a good shower and very helpful staff. Breakfast didn't mention it but it looked fine, but I don't think there was hot food. MRT and Zentrum are only 5 mins away. On the road side, better if you had a room in the back, I would say, but it didn't keep me awake for too long. Had a rebooted taxi from the airport that eventually went according to plan but on our return, the hotel booked us a taxi that cost 20 euros less than the pre booked one and took about 15 minutes, but if you took the metro out to the airport, it takes about an hour with lots of changes, best to buy a multitrip ticket for the metro 10 trips 15 euros. Overall, a good trip and I would recommend the hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is close to the metro, a lot of food options, a Supermarket and the city center. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a decent breakfast. Very good service and the most affordable hotel in Madrid.
