All people who sleep inside the property must be duly registered and identified.
Any material deterioration caused by the client will be paid for in full by the client.
Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.Children 4 to 12 years old are charged EUR 30 per day.From the age of 13 they are already considered adults. Extra adults EUR 40 per day.Supplement Cot EUR 15 per day

Fire extinguishers or alarms should only be used in emergency situations.
For hygiene reasons, before entering the pool, you must to shower in the pool shower.
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to board the elevator wet or barefoot.
Guests below the age of 18 years old are required to have a guardian/parent(s) upon check-in. Property has the right to reject check-in for bookings below 18 years old without a legal guardian/parent(s).
It is not allowed to listen to music on the terraces or balconies after 00:00. If a fine isreceived by the Police, it will be paid in full by the client.
It is prohibited to enter the pool with food or drinks from outside of our Aparthotel.
It is prohibited to use hazardous materials in the rooms such as gas, candles and incense.
Parties are not allowed in the apartments at night.
Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
The keys are personal and non-transferable. The property is not responsible for itsloss or theft.
The property is not responsible for your lost or missing items.
The property reserves the RIGHT OF ADMISSION, and has the power to expel any client whodisobeys the rules.
The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May until the 15th of October, between 11:00 AM and 19:00 PM.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 per pet, per night applies.
