Everything we liked about our stay was within walking distance. When my husband left his phone at the restaurant and needed to let them know we were coming back to pick it up, the staff was friendly. I assumed i had reserved a boutiquestyle hotel because the room was smaller than he had anticipated. But everything was fine. Liked the restroom, shower, etc. It has sytay door and minuscule fridge with drinks and snacks that, in my opinion, you pay for it. We didnt consume it either. Didnt notice the noise level (sometimes we spent most of the day or slept in the afternoon), the lobby is lovely and worth taking pictures. The water temperature is the only drawback or improvement ive would suggest. Never mix it with hot or cold. Even when running, your face is facing hot and cold, its temperature constantly changed from hot to cold on both sides. There is an elevator and air conditioning that functioned perfectly. Daily housekeeping service is provided. A breakfast buffet is available for purchase for 22 euros. No. They were able to check us in when we arrived 1-2 hours before checkin time. One of the best hotels you can find in madrid center. A very good location for people who want to visit madis tourist attractions. Very reasonable prices, clean rooms and they also let you keep your luggage before and after checkin if necessary without charge.

The room is larger than most european style, and i like the shower. Then, the workers are warm, welcoming, helpful. After, this place is close to all attractions by foot. Subsequently, its in the city center. Finally, very nice hotel.

I would make another reservation. A quaint and elegant hotel within walking distance of major attractions in madrida. Has both an indoor bar and an outdoor cafe. Provides a nice break from the daylong sightseeing. The tapas and sangria were excellent. I made reserving on the advice of amiable friend.

The location is very central to all main places. And then, the room was so big with two double windows. After that, they have kettle in the bedroom which is good for when you come back in a night. Subsequently, their politeness and attentiveness were good.

Our stay at hotel intur palacio san martin was absolutely fantastic. The staff there were amazing, always friendly and ready to help. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are greeted by a unique scent that is unlike anything else. It sets the tone for reliving your experience. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculate. We really appreciated the attention to detail. Checking in and out was easy, their staff is very efficient. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. In incredibly convenient location, it is close to many attractions. This made exploring the city even more convenient. To put it briefly, we cant recommend hotel on its own.

The hotel is a 4star hotel, the environment is nice, warm enough, and the service is good. It is also very close to the grand palace of madrid, so its very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. I am traveling with children and feel very safe!.

This place is in a very convenient location. There is also sydney store nearby. The atmosphere is classic and luxurious, making it very relaxing. Most items are provided, but there is no conditioner, so you should bring your own. I noticed that the toilet smelled distinctly like sewage.

I arrived at 7 am after an overnight flight. Very comfortable bed, so much so i overslept and napped way too much. The kind staff allowed me to check in at seven in the morning.

Talk to the front desk. They are very professional and provide good information. When it rains, we have plenty of umbrellas to use. The location is very convenient and very safe. Easy to walk around for sightseeing, shopping and lots of food options.

We stayed here for two nights, three adults. The room is very clean with high ceilings, the room size is large, and the bathroom is also very tidy. Front desk staff are very professional. This is a good value 4 star hotel.

The hotel room was fine, but not a 4 star room. We had an economy room, so we kind of expected more because we wanted stifling accommodations for our special trip or at least i heard from the hotel that these standard rooms are rather dark and may have some issues, which might be advisable to rethink as we booked many months in advance). The room had incredibly little windows, however, there was no view. The bathroom and shower were modern, clean, and nice, the best feature of the room is the bathroom door, although it was extremely difficult to use because it got badly stuck on the floor when it opened. Really bad experience because that door is frequently used and should be easily usable. Furniture was quite old. Fortunately, even though it wasnt larger than 160 cm wide like the description of your room shows, its still ok. Breakfast was excellent. As usual, bread, ham, cheese, etc., were provided, yet there were also dozens of different types of fruits cut into pieces, making it convenient to take fewer quantities, such as fresh orange. You could also order some dishes, like fried eggs, that were prepared just for you - fresh and delicious. Excellent location, close to all attractions, we decoded not to use hop on hop off. The service is attentive and kind. There is a free shaving kit and toothbrushing kit, and the rooms are roomy and spotless. However, the only drawback is that using the hairdryer requires you to turn on the button.
