'Kala' Apt. - Welcoming and charming

- Bringing occasional guests to the apartment is not allowed.
- Damaging or interfering with any property of ours is not allowed. If this occurs, we may cancel your reservation. Any damage caused to our building or property must be reported immediately. We may (at our sole discretion) request immediate reimbursement of our reasonable expenses during your stay or authorize a third party to contact you after your stay to recover our reasonable costs for any repairs, replacements, or special cleaning we incur due to damage you cause to our building. Upon request, we will send you a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the reservation.
- Guests must provide identification and consent to the transmission of their data to the relevant authorities.
- Noise in the apartment or communal areas is not allowed between 22:00 and 8:00.
General Accommodation Rules:
- Unaccompanied guests under 18 years old cannot check in. The designated adult responsible for the reservation must be present.
- Bringing potentially dangerous items into our facilities is not allowed.
- Access to and use of the building's rooftop is prohibited.
- Pets of any breed, including those considered domestic, are not allowed.
- Parties or events, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed in the accommodation. The establishment reserves the unilateral right to cancel reservations received for this purpose.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in both the apartment and communal areas of the building.
- Only declared guests at the time of booking or after subsequent modification are allowed.
