We chose this hotel because it's close to the hospital ivo. The reception staff, Miran, Lorna and gio, and the morning restaurant staff Juan and Luis were amazing. They were very caring and helpful with my mother's needs. Unfortunately, the evening staff at the restaurant left a lot to be desired.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. As all of the other reviews state, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are a comfortable size, with an incredible large, super comfortable bed. We did not eat breakfast, but had lunch and dinner at their charming restaurant. The food and beverages were excellent, just a few minor service issues. A 1520-minute walk will you enter the old town, which is a hub of bars and restaurants. Beautiful architecture and atmosphere. Our return flight was late at night, so it was no problem for the hotel to store our luggage safely for us. Definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

It's a great hotel in a good location and delicious. The staff is efficient and friendly, the room is kept clean all the time and has a small fridge. If I have a chance, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great position to explore the beautiful city of Valentina. The staff is very friendly and able to provide all the facilities you require in a hotel room, however the TV channels are available to foreign tourists only.

I had a wonderful weekend without kids. Excellent breakfast and tidy rooms. Easy access from the airport. The perfect place to explore the wonderful city of Valentine. The restaurant staff is very helpful and speaks English.
