We made a reservation for this structure months before our trip to the island. We were looking for a good deal, a peaceful setting, and simplicity. Las comas was what we expected. Our apartment was split into a living room with a small kitchen, a sofa and television, a bathroom, and a sleeping area. Everything was simple and functional inside and clean enough for the structure's level. The bathroom was very simple and did not have a hairdryer. The sleeping area was enough comfortable, and the furniture was enough for a five-day stay. Our daughter's sofa is a large bed, likely not perfect but suitable for a teenager. In front of the pool, outside a small garden with a table and four chairs. The pool we didn't use. It doesn't seem terrible, but the weather was so pleasant that we spent all of our five days on the beach. Reception service is almost zero, but for this kind of lodging, it's irrelevant. In conclusion, price and quality offered are equal and acceptable for a simple and relaxing stay the position is close to the main village but far away to be very quiet, suggested for a low-budget trip in case we lose to Muerte, we hope so. It will probably be our choice once more.

Overall, this place was very enjoyable. This apartment was very well decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. The apartment was so roomy, and quite spacious. It's just perfect. The personnel are quite polite. The whole complex, including the swimming pool, is spotless. The exterior pool, however, is rather cold but refreshing.

We rented this basic self-catering apartment for the week. If you don't mind short walks, the setting was ideal. The bed was basic, but adequate for the week. We had a washing machine, refrigerator, washing machine, and other utensils. The shower was superior to other I've experienced in other lodging in this class. From our balcony, we could see the sea. We weren't really using the pool because we were more on the beach, but it looked lovely. The apartments were part of a gated community. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away. He is walking to the beach. A few good restaurants if you don't cook every night. Across the street from a stop for the free bus to the oasis animal park. The local bus stop with good connections is 15 minutes away! Great relaxing vacation!.

This place is perfect for visiting the south of Fuerteventura. The location of Las Comas is not far from the main centre. Quite good tapas are only a short distance away. We rented a car so it was a pleasure to explore the area. The grounds are well maintained, and the beaches are nice.

Arrivés en début de soirée, de nuit, impossible de rentrer dans l'établissement. J'ai appelé Lucas de la réception plusieurs jours avant et le jour même sans succès. J'ai heureusement enfin réussi à le joindre sur son portable. Cet accueil résume l'état d'esprit de cette résidence. Mieux vaut être très autonome dans séjour: style Backpackers Australien ou Auberge de jeunesse améliorée. La porte de notre T2 n'a jamais fermé à clé pendant 16 jours, pannes d'internet, pannes d'eau chaude, le tarif étant raisonnable, le lieu est calme, le personnel souriant mais quasi toujours absent, alors on s'accommode, ou pas...A vous de voir.

Nach meinem Ankunft am 21.01 war die Rezeption auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt! Wir haben 1 std vor dem Eingang mit unserem Gepäck gewartet bis einer kam. Als wir drin waren, waren wir schockiert und den Zustand und die Sauberkeit in der Rezeption. Extrem abgenutzte veraltete Couch,überall Katzenhaare, ... enttäuschend. Die Apparts in sich waren in Ordnung. Da bin ich Zufrieden Das erste was auffällt ist natürlich die Fassade und die Rezeption und die waren in sehr schlechten Zustand.

Der Pool wird täglich gesäubert, das Apartment dagegen wurde in 14 Tage nicht einmal gesäubert. Das Apartment, besser gesagt der Fußboden, wurde unsauber übergeben. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach 8 Tagen gewechselt. Auf Reklamations-Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Vor Ort war nach 5 Tage jemand das erste Mal anzutreffen, telefonisch habe ich niemanden erreicht. Wenn die Apartments auch so gereinigt werden, wie der Pool, dann kann man dort gut Urlauben!
