For a wonderful holiday, I appreciate you. We stayed here for a week, arriving on Friday, December 23. The hotel is spotless in every way, and the personnel is really courteous and helpful. Daily towels are changed, as are pool towels. Additionally, the rooms are cleaned every day. We tried a variety of Chinese and Mexican buffets, as well as a wide assortment on Christmas night when they went out of their way to provide amazing cuisine. There was some excellent and varied entertainment. It is important to keep in mind that this is the ideal location for a peaceful, serene vacation. If you're looking for nightlife and loud music, el mean not the resort for you because the bar closes at 11 p.m. Our first holiday since Christmas, and it won't be our last. Since the hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, it's in an ideal position. Even though we had a few cloudy days, we nevertheless returned home feeling relaxed and tan. Utilize the spa on cloudy days. On cloudy days, make use of the spa. If I could have any criticism, it would be that the hotel could use some paint and taco, but I'm sure they are still recuperating after the couid years.

I've seen some of the reviews about the food, but we've enjoyed the food here. If you want bars a few blocks away, this is not the place for you. It is peaceful and relaxing here. Would definitely recommend this especially if you don't want children in the hotel as this is an adult only place. We arrived on Christmas Eve and were told we had been upgraded to a suite. Which is stunning, it's like a studio flat. Unpacked, bought some food and looked around christmas day this hotel did all it could to ensure that everyone had a great time. We took the walk to the next town, where most of the shops were open. We have now rented a car and been everywhere. The staff here is courteous, professional, and welcoming.

Despite its superior rating, this hotel doesnt stand out in the competition. To be completely honest, it would not even rank among the top three stars. Mostly, all inclusive. Fabian had a pleasant checkin. We arrived at the room. A dark and outdated design. The kitchen, tea, coffee, and milk were all included in the room, enough for two people to consume one drink each. There is no ironing board. Two small water bottles. There is nothing wonderful about the food. In my opinion, it is a little tiresome. The prawn tower was a letdown for Christmas evening. The prawn tower was the best part. We asked at the reception why there was no water or milk in the room after two days. We were told that you only receive that upon arrival. You can fill water bottles at the bar. We ate the milk we had for breakfast in a glass and returned it to the room. They had a disco until 1 pm for Christmas. I. Drinks were included as an allinclusive board, but until 23:30, you had to pay. The staff is friendly and is doing a very hard job. Its unfortunate that the management does not raise more cash to replace this hotel and provide better amenities. The weather and the heated outdoor pool were the best parts of this vacation. Will not return to this hotel. My frightened enemy

The staff were very kind, including the front desk person who was a little harried, the suite was beautiful and clean, and had a good layout. The bedding, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Pillows that are oversized and not really comfy for people with sensitive skin, towels that largely have seen better days. Daily room cleanings were diligent. Plenty of sun loungers and a tidy pool area. The restaurant had a diverse selection and high-quality food, and the staff diligently tried to keep tables and other areas clean. Even though there is only one elevator in working order, it does not appear to be functional. On el mean, it is a pleasant stroll to the city.
