I booked this hotel going on the reviews & i found it was an excellent hotel & under rated in its reviews. Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens around the hotel are amazing & well looked after, all in all i found it to be a relaxing hotel & would look to return everytime. If I was to pick fault, i found the room to be a little cold as we was in the basement room with a terrace & the air conditioning could do nothing about as the entire hotel is regulated but reception provided blankets. TV had English channels but no kettle.

Dygtig og professionel staff. Et hvert problem der opstod undervejs blev løst uden unødig diskussion og ventetid. Med hensyn til kaffen, vil jeg uden omsvøb kalde den for den bedste jeg har fået på Mallorca. Swimmingpool-området er vidunderligt, et stort areal med cafeborde, liggestole og behagelige sunbeds

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening buffet were both excellent value. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Parking across the road was free, in a public car park. The facilities were clean and gave a wow factor. Excellent value hotel, would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons. Swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing. Would be nice to have a coffee in the room but thankfully we were able to buy some at the bar for good price. I hope everyone there will get a payrise as they worked so hard.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait entre amies ! Tout s’est extrêmement bien déroulé du début à la fin. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés. Un immense merci à Izi qui est un hôte incroyable : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse et réactivité. On se sent vraiment bien accompagnées. La piscine intérieure chauffée est un vrai plus, idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Le bar est également très agréable, parfait pour un petit déjeuner tranquille ou pour passer un moment convivial le soir. Encore merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday!
