Helt fuldstændig fantastisk hotel!! Venlig modtagelse. Hyggelig reception og bar. FANTASTISK værelse i tre plan. Super lækkert! Hyggelig tagterrasse hvor man kan nyde de drinks, du henter nede i den hyggelige bar. Har nu boet mange gange på Mallorca. Dette er min Palma favorit !!!

Palma Suites is an amazing hotel with immaculate design, polite personnel and perfect services. Everything concerning your comfort is considered in detail. The location is the best and the cooperation with the nearest SABA parking is so smooth which makes the stay of any guest with a car as easy as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palma Suites! As first timers travelling to Mallorca, we were renting a car. I did contact through Expedia twice and directly to the hotel regarding pre-booking parking at a discounted rate and received a reply to late as we were an hour away. Our check-in was a little bit complicated, but the parking wasn’t necessarily straightforward on behalf of the hotel, so we worked it out on our own terms which I highly recommend. There are not really multiple staff. There is a person working the front desk at all times and cleaning staff. The cleaning staff visit your room on a daily basis to freshen up your towels and remove your garbage! They did a lovely job! The roof top is absolutely lovely. The first day we arrived it was 38°. We intended on using the pool, but it was quite murky. However the rest of our stay it looked like it had been shocked or cleaned, so was very swimmable. The rooms are like being at home, they have everything you need. We ended up booking a premium suite and did ask to be relocated based on the room we were provided which was over the main entrance bar on lobby and beside the gym. on your room category. There are no balconies, from what we saw on the main floor and we booked our hotel about eight months in advance and requested a higher level floor and still ended up with the first floor. Basically, the rooms are great no matter what I feel like all of the rooms will be equally as lovely!
