The AC worked great, there is a laundry washing machine available that costs only 2euro to use, and they provided laundry soap as well. After handwashing for weeks, a washing machine was absolutely amazing to use. It could be a little cleaner in shared bathroom spaces, but for two young travelers we didn’t mind. We much preferred it to crowded hostels.

We had a great stay here! The property owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The room had modest furnishings, but we weren’t looking for anything fancy. It was an excellent location, a cool building, and a great price! My husband and I are very pleased.

スタッフが非常に丁寧かつスピーディーに対応してくれます。また、電子レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機も使用でき、非常に助かりました。部屋や建物は古いですが清潔でストレスなく使えました。洗面台やトイレ、シャワールームは共用でしたが、こちらも清潔なので特にストレスなく使えました。部屋の古さなどに言及するクチコミがありますが、殺風景な印象は全くなく、むしろスペインらしいオシャレな部屋でした。駅から近いため、立地も非常に良いです。日本人の方が経営されているので、特に日本人観光客は安心して利用できると思います。

Ho soggiornato alla Pension Casa de Barca il 1 e il 2 agosto 2024. Ho trovato esattamente quello che mi aspettavo, una camera essenziale, ma completa di tutto quanto avevo cercato e quindi valutato in fase di prenotazione, con bagno privato. Pulizia: buona. Posizione: eccezionale. Disponibilità del personale: massima! Allo stesso prezzo a Barcellona avevo trovato solo ostelli in camerate da 8 o 10 persone. Quindi mi ritengo molto soddisfatta.

日本人の口コミが無かったので(他サイトでは日本人の口コミ沢山ありました)予約時は気付かなかったのですが日本人オーナーさんの宿でした。地下鉄の駅からも近いですし、空港バス終点地からも徒歩圏内で非常に便利なロケーションです。シャワーやトイレ共同で建物は古いですが値段や立地を考えれば妥当な宿だと思います。洗濯機や乾燥機が無料で使用出来ますし(洗剤などもある)コーヒーや紅茶も自由に飲んでOK。オーナーさんはとても親切です。またバルセロナに来る事があれば是非宿泊したいと思います。
