The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short stroll from the plaza mayor and the puerta del sol metro station. The room was airy, welllit, and immaculate. Staff members were accommodating and polite. Additionally, the hotel offers wholesome breakfast options with varying tastes for both sweet and savory cuisine.

A fantastic hotel for city tours. Situated in a prime location, it is close to the metro, shopping centers, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, plaza del sol, and many attractions and sights. The rooms are pleasant, but the pricing is very reasonable. Service is excellent and welcoming - the staff makes every effort to assist. Checkin is at 2 pm. When we arrived, we had to wait for our rooms to be ready. Most of the time, the wifi is functional. On arrival, there was supplementary breakfast, which was quite stocked with everything you need to get started. Pastries, eggs, bacon, hams cheese, vegetables, fruit, fresh juice, delicious coffee, pastries or eggs arent large, yet they are cozy. Our quadruple included two twin beds and one bunk. There were excellent body jets in the shower. In the room, an electronic bidet is present. We had two separate balconies accessible from the accommodation and bathroom, both of which offer sweeping views of what is below.

Excellent hotel and stay. Dont even think twice about making a reservation here. Very friendly staff, special thanks to vicipiente for her invaluable assistance during our stay! The location is unbeatable. Its right in the heart of everything. You wont be let down. The rooms are of European size compared to those of americans, but they are fully equipped. There are numerous shopping and dining options around the corner, and all major attractions are within walking distance. Remember that the cab won't arrive all the way to the hotel, yet it is merely walked to it. Just application before you go and look at the street view so you can easily remember the landmarks when you arrive. Look for the Santander bank atm, which is directly across the road, as it may be obscure at night.

The hotel is conveniently located. Plaza puerta del sol is only a short distance away, and it is connected to the callao metro by metro. The personnel are courteous and accommodating, offering wholesome breakfast with varying options. Extremely spacious and spotless rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, with everything right outside your door. However, the rooms are very rundown and old. The shower in my room was broken and i could only use the overhead function. It was so tight to enter and exit the room because the desk was in the way. Also very old fashioned, and in dire need of an update. There is virtually no soundproofing, so earplugs are recommended. Cleanliness could also be improved, ive found hair in bathroom etc. Breakfast is also quite good, but one morning he went up and all tables had not been cleared and people were having to clear them themselves to make room to sit and dine.

I would recommend this place to anyone! My companion and i stayed at this tiny palace while attending a conference in madridan! Every morning, the breakfast was excellent. The room was adequate for our needs and was reasonably priced when compared to other options available during the same time period, and the personnel were always accessible and accommodating.

The staff were pleasant but unremarkable. The room we reserved was the smallest and was actually very practical, with limited open space. There was no view from the room. It had a great location, fresh orange juice at was excellent, and there was nascent selection of snacks and fruits. Shower heads were excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The location was fantastic. We asked for a quiet room and were given one with symphony on galdo street, which was excellent. The room was spacious, measuring 18 meters 2 in length, the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh fruit available every day. Everything was wonderful!.
