Security Deposit and Pets.A security deposit of €200 is required and must be paid by credit card before arrival. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to use the same card used for the booking or a different one. This amount will be refunded upon departure, once the accommodation has been checked and found to be in perfect condition.If traveling with a pet, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will apply.Only small dogs are allowed.Deposit discounts in case of damage:In case of breakage or damage to the apartment, a deduction of €15 up to the full amount of the deposit will be made, depending on the damage found in the apartment.Pets are not allowed during the summer season.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
