Lokasi Ku Hostel terletak di pusat kota Madrid, sangat dekat dengan Stasiun Metro Alexonso Martines yang hanya berjarak 40 menit dari bandara. Hostel ini dilengkapi dengan kantin dan bioskop kecil di lantai dasar. Kamar tidurnya sendiri sangat luas dan fasilitas kamar mandinya juga sangat bersih.

The positive side is it is neatly clean, cozy, and spacious. However, the reason we chose a hostel was because you could make a snack and meet new people. There is a rooftop bar that would be lovely in the warmer months, and there is a restaurant area where breakfast is served. In this place, a lot more akin to a hostel. There are no cooking facilities or spaces for food storage. Food is forbidden in the rooms.

During our 7-day trip, the ac did not work, making it challenging to sleep. Sometimes it is difficult to get to your room because of the crowds gathering on the terrace. The facilities were in poor shape. However, overall, it's a solid value. The rooms are tidy and in good shape. Also appreciated were the number of showers on each floor. The majority of the employees can speak English. The location is excellent. Staff gave useful advice. The staff is pleasant.

Overall, I enjoyed the hostel, and the neighborhood is fantastic as well. I stayed there for three nights and only used it to sleep, but I'm aware that there are numerous options for those looking to party a little. I stayed in a first-floor room and didn't hear anything from the rooftop party, which is OK. The personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. The only thing I kind of skipped was a daytime chill-out space on the rooftop. The view is breathtaking, but since the bar is open at night, it is more for parties. It would be wonderful to be able to read a book, have a cup of coffee, or something during the day. It would be fantastic if it served as a workplace.
