Pros big comfortable room, modern and clean 4 hotel, free hour airport shuttle, clean and quiet location 200m to metro station seasonal outdoor swimming pool Cons nail we stayed one night and used this hotel as a night stopover between Segovia and Brüssel. Call hotel on arrival 34 911 969200. Just 200m from metro station el caprice green line 5 direct connection to central madrid in 25 minutes. Also used this hotel in 2016 as our transit hotel to Peru. I made my reservation directly on the madrid hotel website 4 months in advance and received a cancellation rate of 112 for a standard double room, taxes and breakfast for two. Not bad deal for perfect 4 in Madrid Our room was large 27m 2 bright, comfortable, clean and welldesigned. Very good bed, crisp sheets and 2 good pillows, quiet at night. Free and strong wifi, silent and good air, flat screen to, small stocked fridge, espresso machine, bathroom clean and nice size separate shower and bath, 2 modern and separate washbasin, complete toiletry set, hairdryer, and other great room! The breakfast buffet was large and good, served in a bright and cozy restaurant in and out. Modern lobby, 2 elevators for 110 rooms on 4 floors. Front desk staff efficient and friendly. Very nice, cheap and convenient hotel. Airport transportation is the best feature. I wish it had an ice machine and Netflix and Prime Video. Nothing to watch even if one speaks Spanish.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the employees were very welcome. The location is excellent, which is close to the airport. Breakfast is provided, and there is a parking lot for a fee that includes a shuttle service. The room was quite comfortable and big, with modern amenities. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I would definitely come back here again!.

Friendly and professional checking staff. Great shuttle service back and forth to the airport with great staff working this. Large, comfortable room. Opening windows in the room and in a residential area with a few bars, restaurants and minimarket. Hotel bar very good and staff great. Menu looks good in restaurantroom service but didn't use them so cannot comment.
