Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine en bas, personnel aux petits soins, chambres très confortables, tout était parfait. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du port de Los Cristianos, et son second rang en fait un établissement très calme le soir

The location of this hotel is very strategic. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We stayed on half board and enjoyed the food with the healthy food they provided. They cleaned the room every day so it was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. On the downside, there is no air conditioning. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. We recommend this hotel to families and couples.

My mother has mobility issues and requires a mobility scooter. We just got back from our stay at the Sol Arena after reading the previous reviews, and our expectations were low. The staff was mostly welcoming and helpful, and we had no issues. Despite the bed being firm and you could hear the springs in the mattress, the rooms are fairly basic and shabby-looking, and since we only intended to sleep and shower, it was a fantastic job. Arriving, the meals were quite impressive, with a wide selection and all fresh. However, this deteriorated every day during our stay. I'm aware the hotel will close before Christmas for a return, so I believe they were only replacing the bare-bare minimum of food stock by reusing leftovers from the day before. After a few days, we took half board. The pool was chilly, but we knew before leaving that it wasn't heated, so long as you kept moving. The drinks and snacks are modest 5 euros for a huge beer and 8 euros for a burger that was being prepared for guests on all inclusive. The main issue for us was though the suitability for those with mobility issues. My mother has mobility problems and requires a wheelchairmobility scooter, which is the lowest accommodations they have. Our room was great in terms of size. Every day, it is cleaned. All inclusive. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices, fresh food. All the staff are extremely hard working and polite, nice and helpful. I commend the bartender, Manuela, as well as the Mexican man. Very good work.

The cleaning staff are kind and excellent, the hotel is in a good position, the pool bar staff are pleasant, and the supermarket in the hotel is a great addition. That's the only positive I can think of. We arrived and were greeted by a moody man who was not at all welcoming. Could have gotten a better sense of service if you were in that position. Rooms are very dated and the furniture is also out of date. Even though the hotel is clean, it is very dirty and in dire need of an update. There was no air conditioning or a mini fridge in our room, and the water or juice could not be kept cold. The bed is uncomfortable, and the ceiling fan is unneeded because it does nothing. The windows and balcony doors are so open that even the slightest breeze shakes them. We had to sleep every night with our balcony open slightly as if it had been left fully closed. The wind noise was so loud that a deaf person would not be able to sleep! Do not count on a lengthy lie if you have a room facing the parking lot. The pool is like the north sea and almost unbearably pounded. I dont understand how a hotel can justify not having heated pools during these months. Thank goodness we were only having a bed and breakfast and luckily it was the worst breakfast Ive ever had. The
