We had the best experience staying at the Montana Club Suite. We are staying in a 1 bed apartment for 5 nights. The room was clean twice during our stay with towels and bedding changed. Great location, would highly recommend this hotel.

I got back from the mountains after a week of being in the newly renovated apartments. This lovely, serene apartment complex is only a 5 minute walk from the main drag and the beech. Also, a fantastic spar store is located at the end of the street. Cleaners enter the building every other day, making it clean. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The beds are comfortable, with a very comfortable sofa bed. It is a very quiet street, so I typically travel alone and would not be happy to walk up from the main strip alone. The pool bar is very expensive and is not well used, and there is no atmosphere. I made a reservation for breakfast, and while it was wonderful, it was much cheaper and there was a much better choice on the strip. Finally, it was impossible to stay out in the sun longer with a parasol. These are covered in towels before a.m. What was disturbing was that towels were on some of these lounges all day but were never used. I couldn't give this lovely apartment five stars because of this.

The Montana club provides excellent access to the beach and offers easy access to other resorts by public transportation. The personnel were courteous, competent, extremely helpful, and efficient, and the complex was compact and pleasant. The apartments are centered around two lovely pools, and one half has been renovated and updated. We were in the older part, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything we required. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back.

We haven't stayed in Puerto del Carmen in 20 years. It is a little bit of a British-inspired area, but overall we selected our restaurants wisely and got lucky with the weather so we had a good time. We stayed in an older style apartment and would recommend paying the extra for the new suites as the one we stayed in was very dated. Two pools, one of which is heated and very deep. One foot, the main pool drops off to roughly two meters! The other pool is cold, but it is only one meter 50, so much safer. Inflatables are permitted. At one pool, lifeguard on patrol. As others have mentioned, walls are thin, so when they are going to refurbish the other side they must think about soundproofing, but in the meantime, wear earplugs! We made the purchase for breakfast by Jet, only to discover that it was only a selection from the menu! On request, Jet refunded us. Spar is only a minute away, but a taxi to lid would cost 3 euros, and it is costly and limited. The Italian near the Spar has wonderful food, but avoid the tapas place further down as it is predominantly a drinking place with terrible service. Our favorite restaurant was Stefano atlantic Lounge Greek, just a 10 minute walk away and right on the shore, with breathtaking views. Booking

I can't have any complaints about this place at all. It's in a historic block and I got to sit there it was immaculately clean. Every other day, a maid comes in and cleans the towels and mattresses. Friendliness from the bar employees is good, drinks are cheap, and the food is also good. 2 great pools 1 heated. And you don't have to get up early to get a bed, lol.
