Reception areas were immaculate and the staff so warm and friendly. Such a simple process accompanied with a glass of champage or orange juice to wind down with and take in the hotel information. We had a seaview room and it was exactly that. Not just a glimpse like you get at some hotels but an unobstructed 180° view which also included a view over the pool. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a full range of toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, water jug, glasses and free to use safe. The balcony had a table, chairs and a drying rack. Outside the room there was recycling pods and on each even numbered floor the was a free to use chilled freshwater fountain. The dining room was well laid out with plenty of room to sit comfortably and flexible enough to accommodate any group size. Staff were on hand to take drinks orders and clear tables and did so in a most polite, polished and efficient manner. The food at every meal time was excellent. There were plenty of options to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements with a variety of fresh cooked to order items each meal time too. Drinks by the pool were served to your sun lounger from the bar or alternatively there is a beach bar just a matter of yards away. Beach sun loungers and towels all available to hire for a very reasonable day or weekly rate. Overall we had a wonderful 5 night stay and wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to all.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view that really stood out. Breakfast offered a good variety and was fresh each morning. The cleaning service was consistent and kept everything spotless. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Man möchte es eigentlich gar nicht weitererzählen, damit der Ort so bleibt, wie er ist und sich nicht überfüllt und zu den anderen furchtbaren TouriOrten verkommt, wie es so augenscheinlich oft auf der Insel geschehen ist. Doch lebt ja auch das Hotel von ehrlichen Bewertungen und daher ist es ja nur fair, die Beurteilung zu verfassen. Das Personal ist top. Wirklich top. Niveau eines 5 Sterne-Hotels...und in denen oft schon deutlich schlechter erlebt. Das Essen ist keines Feinschmecker-Tempels würdig, doch lecker und auch in der Auswahl völlig ausreichend...zu empfehlen ist das AI-Paket, da dort reichhaltig Getränke hinerlegt sind und die dazugehörige Strandbar zum Seele-baumeln-lassen einlädt. Die Natur um den Ort scheint unberührt und am Abend ist es oftmals bis zum Morgen einzig das Wellenrauschen, dass man wahr nimmt. Der Strand wird jeden morgen umfangreich gereinigt und das Wasser....so unfassbar klar...selbst auf den Bahamas nicht besser gesehen...beste Grüße an das Hotel und vielen Dank für den äußerst erholsamen Urlaub, der auch noch anhält und den selbst das unfreundliche Personal der Eurowings am Flughafen nicht trüben konnte!

War super, sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Pool und Strand gleich davor, gemütliche Ortschaft. Frühstück/Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Nur für Safe, Liegestühle usw muss extra bezahlt werden. Und WC Schüssel ist im Zimmer 605 so blöd positioniert, dass nicht mal eine kleine Person gerade sitzen kann, sonst schönes Zimmer.

Positives: -Zimmer frisch renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet -Auswahl und Qualität beim Buffet gut und man findet immer etwas Leckeres -Alles im Empfang/Restaurant modern und neu eingerichtet -All-Inc beinhaltet Markenspirituosen und gute Snacks der Strandbar -Top Bar-Team an der Poolbar -Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Restaurant -Lage und Aussicht aus den Zimmern ist sehr schön -Alles was man braucht kann man fußläufig erreichen (Souvenirs/Kiosk/Apotheke etc. direkt hinter dem Hotel) -Aktivitäten vor Ort: Wandern, Wassersport, Schnorcheln (Nachbarbucht), Höhle besichtigen (10 min zu Fuß) Negativ -Ketchupbeutel überall und nur mit 10 ml Inhalt, sowas sollte verboten werden (zu wenig Inhalt und zu viel Müll.. lieber Flaschen) -Liegenpreise am Strand sind utopisch (15€ für 2 Liegen mit Schirm) -Lampen beim Essen hängen zu tief und man schlägt sich den Kopf beim Aufstehen an -Wlan komplett unbrauchbar, heutzutage erwarte ich kostenloses Wlan überall in Hotels! (Auch die „Premium“ Version war nicht gut) -Aufzüge nur mit 4 Personen, warum?!
