If you like to stay in apartments, there is no better place to stay. Modern, close to the port, buses, and weekly market, so if I ever visit this island again, I would definitely stay here. You also have access to a four-star hotel and can use the facilities there if you choose. Roof terrace, breakfast room, and reception facilities.

We arrived and were given a whole different apartment to the photos provided by jet and be vacation homes. I paid extra for a 1 bedroom suite with a large kitchen, dining area with table chairs, etc., but was given a small apartment with a breakfast bar without seating. I complained to the unit's helpful male and female receptionist who said 1 bedroom American style, americans have stools to sit on! So I complained to jet, who suggested we check if there were any other apartments. Then I went to the front desk again, this time, a lovely, very pleasing and helpful receptionist named Victoria was on duty and couldn't do enough to help. She arranged for us to swap apartments the following day and it was beautiful, thank you, Victoria. The photos on both the jet and be holiday home web sites 1 bedroom should be changed, otherwise the apartments have everything like home, after our est day we really enjoyed our stay. If only the other front desk staff could have been professionally trained, Victoria.

The suites are situated in Las Palms, Santa Catalina, across from the hotel. There are several restaurants and bars serving good food at reasonable prices, as well as many other restaurants nearby. There are a good number of supermarkets within a 500-meter radius, as well as numerous shops. It is also near the bus station, cruise ship port, transport museum, and aquarium. The main beach, to the east of the city, is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is a little bit more clean. The room was clean and well-equipped and included a double sofa bed in the lounge kitchen and two twin beds linked together in the bedroom. A large smart in the living area and a wall mounted in the bedroom. The wifi was great and streaming was possible without any issues some previous customers had left netflix on their to. We were located on the fifth floor and we had no noise other than one night when the music festival was on in the park. There is also air conditioning in the room and bedroom, with many settings to ensure that you can be comfy, cool, and quiet all night. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, and any requests were promptly and pleasantly handled. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very nice, the service is very nice, and you can stream directly to the catheter you want, very good. Very easy access to the bus station. We needed to perform a covid test before flying home, and the clinic was right around the corner and we received a discount from the hotel. We used the sun deck, which is nice on the roof with a small tub to relax in.

A separate mention should be given on TripAdvisor to the rooftop bar! The personnel, chef Lara, and waiter Laetitia and Jose are all fantastic. Only a menu for 13 people can be ordered on this trendy rooftop at lunchtime. They claim that they only serve snacks and drinks in the evening, but I can assure you that it was ample for supper! Amazing sight too! Come and try it out! It was wonderful to have the roof for ourselves, but Ibex deserves better.
