The hostel is totally safe. As soon as I arrived in Madrid, it seemed clean. Very very secure. I didn't want to leave. It was perfect in every way. Lovely room. Lovely staff. Strong wifi. Excellent location. I didn't want to leave. I would suggest this location. I didn't understand why covid 19 was so high when I arrived. It's really safe. Everyone wears a face mask, and it is strictly enforced. But at about 21.00 p. M., like a herd of wild animals, the covidots emerge. Old people between the ages of 16 and 25. From am to midnight, social distancing occurs. Public smoking everywhere blowing covid smoke on everyone. There is no masks. Inhumanity. They are a crime. The cops are not able to control them. Due to them, Spain will be locked down again shortly. So will the uk. Parents of madrid should tell their children they are killing their grandparents. Hotel Vasquez is completely secure. It felt clean from the moment I entered. very very safe. I didn't want to depart. Excellent in every way. Lovely room.

I recently returned from a 3-night stay at this hotel with 6 pals. They couldn't do enough for us, they even changed the reservation to save us money because one of our party was unable to travel. When they heard I was in Madrid to celebrate my birthday, they left a bottle of wine, glasses, and a happy birthday sign in my room. The hotel is on Podero zero, overlooking the plaza, and 3 minutes from Gran Via. It is ideally located and right in the midst of everything, making this hotel ideal for sightseeing. The rooms are a good size, the decor is lovely, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

I will be back soon. This location is the ideal spot to stay when visiting Madrid or Check. It is centrally located, clean, and safe, and the staff is very accommodating. I made several special requests during my stay because of a change in the itinerary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it smooth for me. The value can't be beat either. There are a number of hostels in the area, but none are youth hostels, instead, spanish hostels are single-floor hotels. I've stayed at others, but this one has the best value for your money. I'm especially thankful to Maria and Christina for being accommodating to all my American demands.
