We visited this hotel on a 4-day trip. The accommodation was extremely clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. If guests needed to make meals or beverages, the room didn't have many utensils eg no cups and minimal cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. The food was repetitive but nice enough for a prolonged period of time. Bar employees and some restaurant employees were rude, maybe because we are British we had limited English language knowledge, same with the staff who don't speak English. Smiles don't cost much.

I visited Voramar apartments in September or October as a family of three on a full board basis. The apartments are clean and serviced every day. Comfortable beds in the bedroom, spotless sheets and towels. Large living room with sofa that can be converted into two single beds, kitchen annexe with electric hob and small fridge. Satellite for dining table and 4 chairs as well as some living room storage units. Large balcony with outdoor furniture clothes dryer. There are 3 blocks of apartments that face the poll area or the street and other nearby areas. The hotel caters to families and children and the entertainment primarily focus on the needs of the youngest visitors. A playground, a games room, a cocktail bar and a shop are all within the premises. I was very rude and inpatient with children, so I choose to shop elsewhere. The hotel feels very secure and can only be reached through the reception area, which is ideal for families and kids traveling. Wifi is available in reception or can be purchased to use in the room. Food is good and plentiful for the price. Yes, it becomes repeating if you stay for more than a week, but the best restaurants appear to be available. Lunch was our favorite. if you go out, you can request a packed lunch Day before going out. The beach is across the street, which is amazing. Voramar is far from salons and cambrills

The hotel offers excellent service, including full board and bicycle rentals. Rooms are decent. Food is delectable and varied for lunch and dinner. There is always a variety of fruit. The main confusion is about late checkout there is no formal information about its cost, and if you want to stay just for 2 more hours you have to pay 8 hours more, which is totally unfair. The hot water system in the hotel is a joke, especially when showering a child, the water temperature switches from cold to hot every 3 seconds and you can't adjust the tap to an even temperature. It's identical to when I checked out two years ago. Russian visitors also highly consider providing porridge for breakfast.

This place is not for faint of heart, but if I want to be a guest at another place, I highly recommend it. I booked this place because it was cheap and I wasn't expecting much, but it was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly, the guy leading the kids activities is funny and nice, the restaurant staff are great, and so is the food. The biggest star goes to the housekeepers for keeping the hotel clean.
