What we like: 1) the response time from the host was 110%. Not just 100. They texted before during and after to ensure our comfort. It was nice to get a text each and every morning to see if there’s anything that we needed. The response time was instant. 2) you are in the heart of everything. After so many days of walking around Spain, my feet were extremely exhausted.. WD had recommended a spa but it was a little outside of my budget. I found one even closer (7 mins away). Dee, professional massage therapist has over 20 yrs of exp Nelumbo Massage Calle Habana nº 19, 3) housekeeping service was great. We loved the great big, thick, fluffy towels. 4) the apartment itself was beautiful. Wish we had window to outside, but the upstairs deck was nice. What we thought could’ve been improved 1) the written instructions for entry had extra characters that were not needed. You just needed to put the numbers in with the #sign at the end. It was a little confusing because they had stars * and another # at the beginning with the initial instructions. I saw that another reviewer had mentioned that too, but I didn’t make a note of it to remember. I thought they might’ve fixed that since it had been mentioned so hopefully if I write it again, they will also the digital board wasn’t set properly so with one of the numbers you had to press it above 2) Not 100% sound or light proof. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs. Would we return? Absofreakinglutey!

It was a very nice place to stay. Central location and met all our needs. AC and clothes washer worked well. Had a nice drying rack. Didn’t cook so can’t speak to kitchen contents. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Very spacious apartment with very good sound proofing, which is rare in Spain, so better sleep quality. Central location so all main attractions can be reached by foot. Great communication from support. The only downside for us was too soft mattress, but it really personal preference. Overall great stay, would recommend.

The room was very clean and yhe location amazing. Walkable to everywhere and close from public transportation. There is a lot of food options close (on C. Argotes de Molina and very cheap at 100 Montaditos) and Carrefour Express (groceries) close by. Take note that there is no reception onsite.

L'appartamento posto al piano terra è praticamente in centro E' dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Silenzioso e moto comodo perche dotato di 2 bagni. L'unica pecca è materasso del letto matrimoniale, scomodissimo. Per il resto lo sceglierei di nuovo sicuramente.
