We have visited this resort a couple of times, and despite a few negative reviews, the food was excellent and the service was very nice. They also have a great beach which has great swimming pools. A great place to have a relaxing lunch.

I have not seen the use of such potentially toxic manmade materials in any other ayurvedic hotel I have stayed in in India, Bali, or Sri Lanka. I spent 18 days at pylon in January 2022 for an ayurvedic treatment package and cannot recommend it for that or any other purpose. The hotel does have a direct beachfront location, but the sea itself is so polluted that, even though I have been a dedicated water baby all my life, I was able to swim in it no more than 34 times in over three weeks. Its restaurant offers both local and regular Europeanpredominantly German dishes at reasonable prices. For those looking for ayurvedic treatments, I would advise looking elsewhere. Although the senior doctor at pylon is an excellent diagnostician, the treatments themselves are at best mediocre. For example, no serious ayurvedic practitioner would prescribe minute shirodhara sessions for insomnia or headaches. These short sessions can help with scalp issues and possibly improve hair growth, but they have no other use in ayurvedic which is routinely done at pylon. Worse yet, I personally observed the doctors there falsify medical records in order to hide either a worsening medical condition or a lack of progress. I have stayed at this hotel and the service and facilities have never failed to meet my high expectations. I'm very happy to be able to offer such an excellent accommodation at an affordable price. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the facilities were also very good.

I just got back from a two-week vacation at the Pylon resort in Sri Lanka, and I can't express how much I appreciate this amazing panchakarma treatment. After a couple of hard years, I came back exhausted from the uk, feeling a whole new person, happier, energized, and with a body that felt alive and free of stress and pain. From the airport transfer with pia to the final day, each member of the friendly and friendly crew looked after me. Even though I enjoyed and ate well, I was still 1 kg lighter, but that was secondary to the lightness I felt in my body and mind. I attribute this to the wonderful and competent panchakarma treatment treatment program, which was diagnosed and coordinated by Dot and Doctor Brandi and executed by a team of outstanding ayurvedic therapists who all excelled in their skill. It was extremely helpful to have a lady doctor accompany me in organizing transportation and scheduling the best clinic during my stay. The hotel is comfortable and kept immaculately clean, and because everything is on the same site, I leave feeling probably as old and far happier. The nice waitress kept the restaurant clean and swept, and she was able to keep the beach, the views of the islands, and the sounds of the waves. Its wonderful to see that this ayurvedic treatment center is returning
