I just went here to eat dinner, and it was, undoubtedly, the best meal I've ever had in Sweden in two years. Request the owner's description of how ethical and revolutionary he raises his calves. It clearly produces the best veil of your life, and it makes you wonder why cattle farmers around the world have not adopted these techniques.

I would have liked to have given this location five stars. The setting, gardens, and rooms were really beautiful, and the cuisine at the cafe was excellent, demonstrating its ethos of organic produce and simplicity. However, I was left disappointed by a few things. One of the bedside lamps in my room was not functioning and flickered, with a lost adjustment knob. The to's remote control didn't work as one of the batteries had ruptured. I could get by with minor issues. The managerial attitude and attitude were the biggest letdown, which is unforgivable in a service and hospitality position. I spent 34 of my working life in hotels across Europe, and I believe this is the first time I've come across such a unsuitable person for the position. I was initially supposed to suggest the conference location, but I had to review it based on the manners of this particular manager.

They also have lots of private dining rooms. The location is also organic, the place breeds its own pigs and beef, and also buys milk products from local farmers. Good food with tiny portions, explanations from the owner or staff.
