The structure does not look great, but the location and interior make up for that. Well working room with good beds and clean big bathroom with ample ventilation. Sitting with the open windows and watching the river slowly run by is even relaxing in the rain. Breakfast is okay but plenty of bread can be improved.

In the center of Morgue you find this nice hotel with most rooms with a river view. The restaurant has also a river view and a terrace facing the water. Morgue River is world famous for its salmon fishing but it's also great to walk along the river and see the beautiful rapids and scenery.

I would not buy less if I stayed here again. Its just lovely to spend the evening sitting outside and having dinner. Checking in and out was really simple, and the instructions were sent by text. The key box is not the safe place to keep your key while out. Several of the boxes were easily opened even when locked our box was one of them. The room felt clean and the lack of cleanliness felt great. Little details, however, were not perfect but could easily be fixed to make the experience better. The drinking glass was placed upside down on a shelf on the toilet without paper coasters it's just a simple thing to feel more sanitary. The sink had no plug and was just a big hole which made it feel a little crazy. Also, items could easily be dropped there. Breakfast was remade and good. It was less than I would have at home. A bottle of orange juice, a remade sandwich, an egg-no-egg cup or other, an apple, and coffee from a machine. Overall a very enjoyable stay, the flaws were small, but if fixed, it could easily make the experience better. A mini fridge would be fantastic too. It would be nice to store drinks or food somewhere. Just wonderful location. Breakfast is remade.

I believe they're still working out the bugs.. This location is not close to morgue river for fishing. From the property, you can literally enter pool 17. It appears to have a water and gear drying room. The rooms are pleasant, though a touch small. A lovely touch was a heated towel rack in the walk-in showers. WiFi performed admirably. We were dissatisfied with the hotel's service. After arriving on a Monday, we were informed that the restaurant was closed that day and that it would be open the next day. Was also closed on Tuesday. It appeared not to be worth it for the hotel to open the restaurant when there aren't many visitors there. Sitting on the river deck was one of the things we wanted to take in. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing exotic like typical European cold cuts, eggs, bacon, and other items. It appears to be getting to where they want to be yet, but staying on the river and having the novelty of being an old smokehouse made it easier to see the flaws. Restaurants and stores are close by on foot. Right across the street from the morgue river visitors center and officetackle storerestaurant.

This evaluation is challenging. We have never been greeted as this one. We did not utilize the access code provided by sums and were taken in by the person who greeted us with a shaved head and a t-shirt without excuses. The fact that we never received one, a fact that he learned after a while but didn't translate into an apology, was the only thing that was different. There are no excuses. Even though the style was not fully implemented, the riverside family room was ideal in trying to retain the older industrial feel. In reality, it was a strange mix of styles. But the room was clean, the beds were nice, and we slept soundly. The upper floor had a distinct basement-like smell, but the window was not too bad. But nothing more was offered during breakfast. The river, which is located outside the window, is the place's main attraction. The location has many benefits, but it is still in transit for completion. My advice starts with giving up the excuses. The kind of first impression in the hospitality industry is difficult to overstate. Take a riverside room if you choose to travel. The parking spot is not a good deal.
