Wir waren 2 Nächte zum Skifahren in der Alpenlodge. Zimmer sind sehr schön, ruhig und frisch renoviert. Schöner Wellnessbereich, charmante Bar, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres Restsurant.

Exzellentes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super nettes und flexibles Personal und Service, tolles Schwimmbad und Wellness prima Frühstück. Tolles angenehmes Skigebiet. Zwei kleine Punkte: Skiraum ist nicht geheizt (Schuhe am Morgen noch kalt und nass) und das Sprudelbecken/Schwimmbad ist ein wenig kalt (unter den angegebenen 27 Grad) - damit lässt sich aber gut leben Location: Hotel liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe, ist aber etwas abgelegen und nicht direkt im Skigebiet (ca. 3km) - Skibus fährt vor dem Haus aber nur ca jede Stunde (Gratisparkplätze bei der Bahn) - Ausser im Hotel gibt es in der direkten Umgebung keine Restaurants

Das Hotel Alpenlodge Val Gronda ist ausgezeichnet und sehr gut geführt. Leider mussten wir den Aufenthalt nach einer Übernachtung abbrechen und nach hause fahren, weil meine Frau in der Nacht vom Dienstag den 07.02.2023 auf den Mittwoch den 08.02.2023 erkrankte und wir dann am MIttwoch keine Möglichkeit hatten, noch eine weitere Nacht im Hotel zu bleiben. Deshalb haben wir dann ausgecheckt und sind nach Hause gefahren, was uns sehr betroffen gemacht hat, denn dieses Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider ist es so im Leben, dass die Gesundheit vorrang hat und wir gar keine ander Wahl hatten. Wir hoffen auf eine Rückerstattung einer Nacht den der Direktor Herr M. Beyer hat uns bestätigt, wenn wir die Buchung direkt über das Hotel gemacht hätten, hätte das Hotel uns nur eine Nacht verrechnet. Als Kunde von hotels.com sind wir bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden gewesen und hoffen, dass Sie uns in diesem Fall entgegenkommen. Uns gegenüber hat Herr M.Beyer mitgeteilt dass eine Rückerstattung von einer Nacht für Ihn kein Problem sei, wir sollen das direkt per e-Mail mit expedia besprechen. Waren für eine Nacht in der Alpenlodge Gronda und gehen jederzeit gerne wieder! Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer (Panorama Suite) war sauber, modern und großzügig, die Wellness ist ebenfalls toll ausgestattet und lädt mit zwei Pools und verschiedenen Saunen zum Verweilen ein. Der HP-Preis ist für einen Dreigänger an der oberen Grenze... aber das Essen war lecker & der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Kurz: unsere Erfahrung mit der Alpenlodge ist super :-)

After much research, we decided to remain in this hotel because we discovered no review in Ta at the time we made the reservation. It is after all, a decision with no regrets. This was our ski vacation, and we believed spa and wellness facilities to be more important than the proximity to the ski lift and the availability of the ski shuttle bus service. First of all, everyone is pleasant. The restaurant serves a small selection, but daily dishes and desserts are always available. Although the beef steak is less salty and less well received, and the beef ragu is more flavorful. All other dishes we had were delicious, including the crunchy cold salad and the crisp bread. The wellness and spa area has recently undergone renovations and we thoroughly enjoyed it, though we would like the pool temperature to be raised by at least ac. The water was a little cold for us. However, the sauna and the steaming room heated us up fairly effectively. Besides that, there shouldnt be any textile notice in the spa area, but we discovered none of them. The room we slept in lacks a balcony but has ample windows. That was adequate. Even though we only lowered the heater to the lowest setting and opened a window, the room was a little warm at night. We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and sadly, I have to say that our stay was quite disappointing and certainly not worth the cost. We booked a panorama junior suite room hoping to have an incredible view of the Brandenburg corner as advertised on the website. In reality, the view consisted mostly of the hotels parking lot, and the people in the parking lot had a great view inside our room. The room itself was fine, however. The wellness area was generally fine, but the whirlpool advertised as relax in the warmth was only lukewarm and not that pleasant to be in. Since several guests brought this up with the management, they have now updated the description on the website. Another unpleasant event occurred when we took a board game of chess to dinner. As we were done with the food and were finished playing, a waiter advised us to wrap it up so that they could set up the breakfast tables despite the fact that there were many other clients still eating. The breakfast selection was mediocre croissants, fried eggs, sliced meat and cheese, orange juice, and coffee from a machine. However, waiters frequently forgot the order and brought the wrong thing. But what most disappointed us was the managers reaction when we brought these issues up with him. Making no attempt to resolve the complaints, he said that these are just our opinions that this is not a playground and that

This is a ski holiday with spa and wellness facilities. We thought the proximity of the ski lift and availability of ski shuttle bus services were more important than skiing and wellness facilities. First of all, the personnel is courteous. Although the restaurant has a little selection, the lunch and desserts of the day are always available. The food's quality and service are good, although I would prefer the beef steak less salty and less well-come and the beef ragu less sour. All of the other dishes, especially the crispy bread and crunchy cold salad, were excellent. The wellness and spa area has been recently renovated and we enjoyed it much, although we would prefer the pool and pool temperatures to increase at least ac. The water was a little cold for us. But the sauna and steam room heated us up fairly efficiently. In addition, the spa area should have no textile notice, but we discovered none of them. The room we stayed in does not have a balcony but has a full length of windows. It was adequate. Even though the heater was turned to its lowest and simply opened a window, the room was a little warm at night. Although the bathroom is newly renovated, the outdated but clean bathroom didnt significantly affect our overall stay because we used the spa and wellness services every day. Wir wurden vom Direktor sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Nachdem er uns alles erklärt hat konnten wir uns af unser Zimmer begeben und danach gingen wir in den Spa - Bereich. Alles war sehr sauber und gut beschriftet.

Wunderschönes und charmant eingerichtetes Hotel. Hervorragendes Essen, aber stolze Preise. Unser Doppelzimmer war ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Für uns jedoch kaum brauchbar, weil das Wasser viel zu kühl ist. Das Personal ist immer verfügbar und sehr aufmerksam. Sie erfüllten sogar unseren Extrawunsch eines Wasserkochers im Zimmer. Während unseres Aufenthalts wirkte das ganze Personal angespannt und unsicher. Ein wenig mehr Lockerheit wäre angenehm gewesen. Beim Check-Out bekamen wir ein Gläschen Honig vom Haus geschenkt, was ausserordentlich nett ist.

My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they improve significantly.
