I am eager to return and cant wait to spend more time here. Beausite wengen is the name of heaven. We had the honor of celebrating my mothers 70th birthday here with a multigenerational group consisting of three little boys and five adults. Although we had an absolutely amazing suite, it was the staff and owners who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It was easy to get anything we needed. The accommodations were fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views! Very wellstocked and spotless. One evening when we asked to be seated in the bar because we were nervous about being surrounded by snobbishness in our main dining area, we requested to sit in it, which was easily accommodated. They even brought out mr. My mothers surprise cake at dinner one night! It felt magical. I havent stopped comparing every hotel and resort ive stayed at since to this lovely gem, but they dont compare. Bravo to the management and staff. Many places could teach you how to perform exceptional in hospitality.

A beautiful, sophisticated hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a bucolic setting with cowbells ringing in the distance. We stayed in deluxe suites with stunning views. There is pool and hot tub facilities are very good. Nice full breakfast buffet.

The hotels diverse staff are incredibly patient and caring, going above and beyond to make your stay even more special. The dinners here were excellent, as were the other interesting guests we spoke with during our stay. I have almost never seen a hotel put this much effort into creating the best experience for its guests. Each room has an amazingly beautiful view of the snowy alps, coupled with the quality of being spotlessly clean and convenient.

We would definitely return. Fantastic location, wellappointed rooms, a fantastic pool, and sauna. Overall, the staff was excellent. The wait staff were quite inconsiderate, so we cut the service down. On saturday, we mixed up our order, but the breakfast wasnt good, with many items finished and not being replenished despite numerous requests from customers.

My second stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was exceptional. We chose to stay on the halfboard option, which offered a wide variety of delicious options each evening. I thoroughly enjoyed my second visit to this establishment.

We will most certainly return when in the area and recommend it to our friends. When someone takes great care of what they do, it shows. From the handwritten welcome note to the best strawberry sorbet ive ever had, we were consistently impressed by this hotel. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and given a tour of the facilities. Our room was absolutely spotless clean, there was no stray hair to be found on the bedding or inthe bathroom. The view from our mountain view room on top floor was breathtaking. It appeared that the room has been designed to maximize both inside and outside space. Although the bathrooms were dated, the cleanliness made up for it. There was smorgasbord throughout the breakfast. I wasnt expecting much from the dinners, because lets face it, you cant really have everything, can you? But it turns out that you may have it all because the 5course dinner is typical of remuneration at irrationality that one typically finds at other places of this caliber. Also, everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel manages to maintain upscale elegance without being pretentiousness that is often found at some other establishments of such cavaliership.

We had a great time during our oneweek stay at the beausite park hotel with our twoyearold, and we couldnt have asked for fewer experiences! The family room with the balcony is highly recommended, as the views are breathtaking and our toddlers setup was ideal. Our daughter loved the playroom with toys, while the staff went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable! We purchased the halfboard with breakfast and dinner, which worked out perfectly, allowing us to put our daughter to bed and enjoy an adult dinner with sweeping views of the alps. We cant wait to return someday because we had such ecstatic about our vacation here!.

I just spent a week skiing here, booked through inghams ski from 4 to 11 february 23. Three guys in idolks in the family room and we had t he best week ever. The food and service, however, are the best, it was excellent. Our reservation included 6course fine dining dinners and delicious breakfasts. Particularly the steam room or the very warm ski room, the spa was soothing. If you go skiing, make sure your back before the 4.30 pm drag lift closes or you have to take limbs up the hill, although you can ski straight down to gondola.

The location is perfect, just outside town, but close enough to walk in if you want anything. The food at the restaurant is great. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. People are what really make the hotels, and Pascal does an excellent job as does all the employees. And one more thing, get a room with mountain views! Youll love it!.

I recently stayed there for three nights, and it was truly wonderful. The entire staff provided excellent service. It is impeccably clean. Excellent breakfasts with a varied dinner menu. Outstanding service from the wait staff. A fantastic pool for swimming laps is available. Very clean lockers and spa facilities. Although the town is picturesque, its only attainable by short and stunning train ride there. There are no vehicles in the city!.

A fantastic location to stay in wengen. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring wenggen and the entire Lauterbrunnen region. There are many options for breakfast. We chose a halfboard option. It was incredibly delicious. Most of the dishes were delicious to us, and one can always substitute other options from the onsite menu.

We recently stayed as a family of 6 last week and had the best time. I was worried with my young children that the atmosphere of the hotel would not be too restrictive, but every staff member was very welcoming and the vibe was really relaxed and friendly. The pool and spa were great and overall the experience was 10/10. Victor, Pedro and Lewis in particular were very kind and welcoming. The familyrun hotel is truly exceptional, treating you like family. The views are breathtaking, and the rooms are spacious, particularly the mountain view family rooms. They provide everything they need to make them feel special, creating a unique atmosphere for children. Outstanding service and helpfulness are guaranteed by everyone. It is essential to choose to avail yourself of the half board or dine at the hotel for dinner. Additionally, the team caters to your dietary requirements. Without denying, i would choose not to stay here again.

Ive been a family member at this hotel for over 20 years, and this year was one of the best under new management. It was truly an amazing vacation, so i already made reservations for next year. The new manager or director is incredibly friendly and doesnt mind trying anything.

Every february, at least for the past ten years, we have visited this location. The handwritten notes, the excellent service, and the familys constant call and check on us if we are satisfied make us feel very welcome. All of the rooms recently undergone renovations, making you feel at home. You have everything you desire! In short, no hotel has been reserved for our ski vacations. We adore it!.

The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 20 minutes. You can also take advantage of a free transfer service upon arrival and departure.The hotel offers an on-demand pick-up service from Wengen Train Station.Please note that the half board rate for children will be charged separately and has to be paid directly at the property. Our hotel is majestically situated in the middle of a park in a most beautiful and tranquil location just above the village centre of Wengen. Views of the Jungfrau and surrounding Alps are breathtaking. The village centre and the mountain railway station can be easily reached on foot. In less than a few minutes, you can be hovering over the «Männlichen – Kleine Scheidegg» ski and hiking paradise on the Wengen-Männlichen cable car. In winter, the practice slopes for children and beginners start right in front of the hotel. Over the last few years, we have renovated the hotel step by step and we are now classified as a 4-star superior hotel. All our guests feel at home here: singles, couples, and families with children – the young and young at heart. The large swimming pool with whirlpool, the cosy sauna and steam bath area and the small gym are open and included in the room price.
