The room was so comfortable, tidy, and comfy. The atmosphere was so warm. The service and friendliness were so good. The atmosphere was so peaceful and a very nice place.

The staff is very kind and attentive and do their best to make sure that everything is as expected. In my opinion, this is a 5 star resort. Room 422 is so beautiful and welcoming, it makes me feel at home.

After two weeks of hiking in Switzerland, I landed at the Lennerhof. It quickly became clear that this hotel attracts a clientele seeking the pretense of enforcing service and luxury, which should be a warning to truly discerning travelers. The kind and welcoming employees, including the manager front desk employee I spoke with after being refused a seat at the restaurant and the person who checked me in despite being in hiking clothes, had worked out a compromise and eventually found me a table at a nearby restaurant. The hotel is clean and has several nice touches such as a welcome desert in the room, a handwritten note, plenty of espresso, pears with plates and silverware in sitting areas on each floor, and a departure gift of fresh salts. All of those things are thoughtful. The pools are also excellent. I spent an hour lying in the bubbles in the outdoor pool and relaxing in the sun. I was convinced that the proprietors are striving very hard to raise a sense of exclusivity, but the end result is the opposite of sophisticated and perhaps embarrassing. Nothing matches, and the decor changes without continuity. It was very pleasant to be at the hotel if you are a rich old white european. Nonetheless, the lenkerhof is an ersatz property with no consistent identity other than prevention, which made me feel very unwelcome and awkward.

We stayed here for two nights on our visit to lend. The rooms are beautifully arranged, attractive, and spotless. The hotel has a nice indoor pool for lap swimming, a lovely heated outdoor thermal pool for relaxation, a fun waterslide, and a spa area with saunas and spa services. The lobby area is large, and in the evening, there is live music playing in the bar, making it enjoyable to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was ample and delectable! We had one meal in the restaurant, and the food was tasty.

Everything was fine, but here is the best. The place was quiet and the service was always nice. The room was also clean and comfortable. The balcony was very nice with the view of the mountains. We will return there soon.
