In may 2022, we stayed at this hotel. We chose this location based on great reviews, but after visiting there, our experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is used by the institute for hospitality training, which is not sure what its name. Although the rooms offer a nice view of the river, you cannot open the balcony door due to the abundance of insects. There were mosquitoes in the room as well. Breakfast provided is adequate. At the hotel, there was not much staff available to answer any questions.

Ideal location to stroll to all the wellknown sites. I adored the breakfast every morning, and the staff who helped with it went above and beyond to assist individuals and keep everything clean and stocked. The room had a lovely outlook and was quite basic. Although the fifth floor had some difficulty connecting to the internet, we didnt mind.

The location is excellent, but the parking area is a drawback, however, the receptionists are extremely helpful in accommodating guests! The breakfast is delicious, and the room is spacious.

This hotel is highly recommended for anyone staying in lucerne. I have never been somewhere better than this one! The rooms are immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was included and was excellent throughout the entire four days. The location is also excellent, being close to all local attractions, restaurants, shops, the river, public transportation, and more. There was also a beautiful mountain view and vista of the water. However, what truly sets this establishment apart is the service. First of all, i had to reserve an additional two days because my travel plans changed. Since the hotel was already booked, it was necessary to stay in one room before moving to another (not their fault), but they made it very simple by getting the new room ready as soon as the previous guests checked out, moving all of my luggage, etc. One person even wrapped my kidss christmas presents for me using their own wrapping paper, which he couldnt get in time! Absolutely amazing.

A cozy retreat by the reuss. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the boutique hotel, which is located near lucernes old town on the tranquil outskirts of the city. The hotels strategic location is a true gem, offering easy access to Lucerne's historic old quarter and iconic wooden bridges, including the charming chapel bridge. Because of its convenient location, exploring the area was simple. Hotel interiors exude warmth and comfort. It is evident that care has been taken to create ambiance. Coupled with the picturesque scenery, the room provided i had countless options for preparing wholesome meals. One of my favorite parts of our stay was the daily breakfast buffet. There was incredibly delicious food available, featuring hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses from various cheese varieties, freshly baked bread, and the kind of croissants one could only dream of. Yogurt and fruit juices added vigorating touch, providing ensuring optimum start to each day. What truly sets this hotel apart is its dedicated staff. Throughout my stay, every member of staff displayed exceptional friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, my time at

We chose this location because it had four separate beds and we really liked this hotel. The staff was very helpful (storing luggage, breakfast) and our room was fun and funky. Our room overlooked the reuss waterway near the historic and beautiful chapel bridge. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby but not too loud at night because the hotel is just past the noisy areas. Perfect stay!.

The hotel was immaculate and the room was pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful. When i couldnt dial from my cell phone to either german or suissia, the gentleman who checked me in gave me a ton of advice on where to find mountain trips, she was also quite accommodating and allowed me to use the hotels phone. You can get to the town center with all the shops and restaurants within stepping distance of ten to fifteen minutes by foot. A delicious breakfast was included in the cost.

Raja and patrick were very helpful in both the reception and the preparation of the food. Patrick was a passionate front desk employee who was happy to share which route is the best to make our journey more efficient and other useful tips on trains, etc. Rajava was very friendly to our kids and offered them cutlery and played with them. He really brightened our days.

The room is small and a bit stuffy, and the wifi doesnt reach the 4th floor. When i asked the reception about it, they gave me swathes of different wifi to try but it still didnt work. Both wifi worked in the lobby for us but not in our room. We enjoyed the breakfast and location of the hotel. I cant comment on parking because we took the train! Great location and views from the window!.

The tourist hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently located within walking distance of all the historic town sites and just stepping away from the tower entrance to the city wall. The rooms are impeccably clean, with breakfast included, and access to laundry facilities on site. However, parking can be challenging.
