It is highly recommended. We were seeking a centrally located hotel, and this turned out to be even more perfect than we could have imagined. The train station, the lake, and the bus terminal were all within walking distance, and there were many excellent eateries close by. The hotel staff was all polite, kind, and accommodating. Each recommendation they gave was strictly adhered to, and their directions were equally helpful in exploring the town. The hotel was nice and peaceful, and the room was huge. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at over the course of my many years of traveling.

I traveled to Geneva for business, and this hotel was ideal for my stay. It was a short walk from the train station, making transportation convenient. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, and they were patient and helpful with my questions about the room and the city. The room itself was quite spacious for a European hotel, with an equally spacious bathroom. I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Geneva.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice chic. The rooms are clean and there is nothing missing. There means being close to the train station and the main shopping area. Getting a free pass to use public transportation in Genova is very nice. Most Genova hotels give this I guess.

We stayed two nights in a comfortable room with a double window on the back side that looked out over a quiet street and some offices. There was no outside noise, although one day was a public holiday when most things shut down. The bathroom is efficient, and there were two arm chairs to sit and read or watch. Breakfast is good with a selection of cold items and freshly bread, as well as eggs cooked to order. The coffee was nice, and the service was friendly and helpful. Depends on speed and luggage, the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the railway station, and there are decent choices of bars and restaurants nearby. It's a five minute walk from the lake, and we recommend the hotel alleges.

What I have never said about any hotel in Europe was the best thing about this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of the Old Town and many shops and restaurants. In particular, Camille was incredibly helpful and kind.
