We stayed at lindner beau rapportage for 11 days. We booked 2 twin rooms. The location was perfect as it was next to the station and the river and in the center of interlaken. From the balcony, the view was beautiful. Staff at reception, restaurant and room service were very kind and helpful. However, it would be better if the hotel changed the furniture, carpet and curtains as they are very old. Dinner menu at the hotels restaurant 'L' Ambiance was very poor. But the dessert was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting interlacerne.

I think this is the last time i stayed here. The hotel doesnt have air conditioning, like many other historic and highend hotels in both the switzerland and the rest of the world. But the hotel is beautiful, in the ideal location, has great staff and lots of amenities included. Worth the money.

This place is located on the riverside. I reserved a junior suite with savoy river views, which were very roomy and offered breathtaking views from the room. The service provided was exceptional, and i would like to express my gratitude to Lucia for her outstanding service. Additionally, they have incredibly nice indoor pool.

This hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff was very helpful, the spa and pool were great with beautiful mountain views and served supper. It is reconstructed as if it were buried in history buildings with stunning architecture, antique furniture, stairs, and large corridors. Very clean with marble everywhere and silk wall coverings throughout. We are english and love the slightly faded glory and upscale home feel. Please do not upgrade to the full extent that some people are suggesting. That would be sin. These things can never be replaced or replicated. There are probably other hotels in the area that have undergone undergoing opulent renovations, so i would recommend going there unless you want to stay at this place.

We recently arrived at the hotel from australia. It looks absolutely beautiful from the outside, and we were so excited to see our room. I cant express how disappointed we are. The room is so small and without air conditioning. There is absolutely no value for money. We pay $734 aud per night for a shoe box. Very disappointed. However, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is good.

The shower door was strange, two mattresses were pushed together that kept separating details. I am so happy breakfast is available until 11 a. M. Because i like to sleep late! The food was delicious and the hot chocolate was amazingly smooth and rich. Eggs, bacon, croissants with many cheeses cold cuts, cucumber, tomato, lots of fruits, either pork or chicken sausage, crepes or pancakes for breakfast, waffles featuring smoked salmon or trout, and other items depending on the day. Yogurt in the morning, cereal, granola, etc. Not to mention the sauna and steam bath! I loved it so much. The steam pool made me feel very relaxed and content. All my questions about things ive done as if he can do as an tourist, how long it takes, what to get there, were answered by the staff. A digital poster with local attractions is also located near the front desk, which served as helpful guide! It was difficult to keep water from moving everywhere because of the incomplete shower doors, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Although the double bed is actually two beds pressed together, separate sheets and everything, this is not something ill advise for couples because the mattresses kept being crammed together. Overall, the experience was good, and i enjoyed the sauna and steam bath. The room was nice, but the movements along the corridor felt like they were happening inside the room. Also, there was constant movement of the door, which made me think someone was trying to open it.

We had dinner here and were very happy. I cant judge the room or anything else except the food, the restaurant and the service there. And that was amazing. From A to Z everything was to our liking, great food and very good and friendly service - nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

I had a great time there. Very old and traditional, but still welldesigned. Interesting interiors. My room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I felt like i was back in time albeit tad pricey. Lots of tourists from other parts of the world.

It was romantic, quiet, historic, and the service was excellent. We ended up booking a second night so we could enjoy interlaken more. The hotel is conveniently located in the city and is only ten minutes walk from the train station.

Overall, the experience was fantastic! We have decided to remain for a few more days! A very satisfying visit! After thoroughly considering the distance and cost, my husband and i have been shopping for years and picked this one. I was hesitant because the reviews on booking site had been negative, so ive decided not to stay one night and try it. Unexpectedly exceeded expectations! Its quite convenient that interlaken oest station is only ten minutes walk away from the hotel. It feels like time in ages because despite ctrip having poor reviews. The bed linen can be smelled clean, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. We originally reserved an ordinary single room, but the front desk assisted us in making tastier rooms and upgrading them to balconies. There is hardly fewer windows in the room than there is another balcony. This location has incredibly beautiful views from this location, which has its own balcony as well. Everyone is friendly and willing to assist. They will give us detailed information about the motel when we check in and deliver it to the apartment in person. Tatiana, whose young lady works at the reception desk, is fantastic.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting interlaken. Excellent hotel in interlacn, the staff was incredibly kind and polite. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with mountains in front and the river behind it. It is also conveniently located next to the train station.
