Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Masjid Agung dan Istana Maimun. Resepsionisnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Sarapannya cukup bervariasi dan enak. Kamar yang kami tempati sangat bau, sepertinya bau rokok sangat menusuk hidung sampai kepala saya sakit. Ada kecoa di kamar kami, sepertinya dari kamar mandi.

Saya suka dengan suasana kamarnya, tapi kasurnya harusnya ditingkatkan karena yang saya dapatkan sudah mulai cekung dan telepon kamar tidak berfungsi serta TV bisa ditingkatkan agar bisa bersaing dengan hotel lain. Layanannya cukup terganggu karena telepon kamar tidak berfungsi sehingga tamu harus keluar kamar. Lokasinya strategis karena berada di tengah kota.

Hotel memberikan bintang 3, tempatnya cukup bagus. Kamar saya 208 agak sempit, tapi cukup untuk 2 orang. Kebersihannya kurang, ada kecoa. Toiletnya juga bau tidak sedap. Untuk pelayanan oke, makanannya enak-enak.

Without knowing what the dreaded Corona has done to the hotel, it is challenging to write a review, so I want to try to be fair and consider it. If anyone had any concerns about the dreaded corona, I know that all the staff and the hotel were going to do their best to address this for you. The good thing is the friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to make your stay simple and pleasant. The Matterhorn view from the hotel was also outstanding. I'm not sure if you can surpass it in the resort. Be sure to pick a room with one of these views. Internet was also very fast and reliable for everyone who needed to stay connected. It's ideal if you want to walk out of your hotel and instantly get on the card to ride those white waves because it's very close to the main cable car to the ski area. The downside, we thought the hotel was very old, even by Swiss standards, it lacked tact to live up to a fourstar rating. Hairs in the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. If this hotel had a makeover to give it some paint, new carpets, and some general tact it could be a jewel. Being a good position to lift meant being right on the edge of the resort, and since corona no bar was available, expect a brief walk down to town to

Lokasinya sangat strategis, hotel bintang 3, tapi menurut saya fasilitasnya seperti bintang lobbynya kecil dan hanya ada satu lift kecil di dalam hotel. Bahkan kamar sekelas penthouse pun toiletnya susah disiram dan sirkulasi udara di dalam toilet terkadang pengap. Tapi saya suka dengan balkon di kamar penthousenya. Dari situ Anda bisa melihat pemandangan sekitar hotel.

Kebersihan kamar sangat baik, cocok untuk keluarga. Sarapannya kurang menarik, tetapi jika dilihat dari harga kamar masih sesuai. Saya pesan telur dadar dan tidak ada yang disediakan. Saya terluka karena kaca di kamar dan saya sudah memberitahu resepsionis, tetapi resepsionis tidak peduli dan tidak meminta tisu.

Lokasinya sangat terjangkau, dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Terdapat aula dan kolam renang, serta terdapat mushola. Parkirannya cukup luas, dengan lift kecil yang dapat menampung hingga 6 orang. Fasilitas yang disediakan meliputi air panas dan air biasa. Di dalam kamar, tersedia kulkas di dalam lemari, namun tidak ada teko untuk memasak air panas. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh staf juga cukup baik. Lokasinya berada di pinggir jalan, dekat dengan masjid Raya Medan, serta dekat dengan yuki simpang Raya. Suatu saat, bolehlah singgah di sini lagi jika ada kegiatan. Semoga ke depannya semakin baik dan lebih baik lagi.

Excellent lodging location. Located near to the mountain's lift. Dan was extremely helpful and helpful when we asked all of our questions. They provide both pick-up and drop-off services from Zermatt railway station. The purchase cost was free, but the drop-off charge was 10 cf. The rooms are roomy but spacious enough for two people. Despite being a touch outdated, everything is rather comfortable. It has a chalet-esque atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with a view of Matterhorn. It was truly wonderful!. A terrific location to stay. Very near to the chair lift up the mountain. The service was outstanding. They allowed you leave the key at their front desk so you won't have to take it with you and risk losing it when skiing snowboarding. Dan was very accommodating and answered all our inquiries! Their wellness area includes an excellent jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc. You may wear those in the room's luxurious area. They also have a bar for drinks and a restaurant for breakfast. For a fee, pickup was complimentary, but the price per person was 10 chf. Rooms are a little small in size but enough for two people. The furnishings are a touch old, but everything is incredibly cozy. It has a chalet-style vibe to it. Our accommodation featured a balcony with a view of Matterhorn.
