kleines einfaches hotel an guter lage. Service ist sehr freundlich und das essen ist reichhaltig und gut. Der gastgeber ist mit dem ort verbunden und ist mit leidenschaft besorgt, dass es den gästen gut geht.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zimmer (Junior-Suite) direkt unter dem Dach. Sehr sauber! Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Skipiste, ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber sehr gut mit dem Gratisbus erreichbar. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und bietet traditionelle, sehr gute Gerichte an. Wir werden wieder im Arlenwald absteigen.

You can't choose a warmter and more welcoming vacation home if you're in the midst of a pandemic. The hotel is warm and comfortable. The food and atmosphere are in the highest tradition of Swiss hospitality. The host is full of surprises and always interesting to talk to about mountain issues. Don't forget the fond and the Swiss wines. Great cellar. Amazing.

When you stay at this incredible family-run hotelrestaurant, Henry always makes you feel special. This is our third and not our last. The rooms are charming, warm, comfortable, and very comfortable. Not at all stylish, but authentic Swiss style. The restaurant overlooks the forest with the morning sun and captures all the birds and squirrels that eat from the Arlenwald nature feeder. It's magical for both children and nature lovers to have so many quintessential animals so close. The cuisine is the absolute highlight, from a la carte to chalkboard half pension everything is handmade and of premium quality. The jams at breakfast, soups, and roulette are either homegrown or grown. Even the gorgeous flower displays in the restaurant are local. Every employee in the hotel and restaurant is so friendly. Henry speaks perfect English as do the majority of the team, so there is never a problem that is difficult to explain, but they are also happy to let me practice my terrible German! Thank you again and see you in the summer.

We stayed in this gorgeous hotel for a brief visit. It couldn't have been nicer or more tranquil. Our room was a pure joy. Beautiful antiques and swiss art and crafts. Because the chef owner is really skilled and knowledgeable, the food is delicious and generous. On the menu are local Swiss specialties that must be tried. The wonderful wine list is also ski out the door or stroll in the Rosa mountain range.

It was wonderful to come back after a 5-year hiatus from Rosemary. It was a pleasure to stay at such a charming hotel that served a wonderful meal and a warm welcome from the staff. Immediately onto the slopes, the Pratschli bus stop is close by. Wonderful life pace, no rush, and the Arlenwald is wonderful if you enjoy the quieter end of town. Heinrich is an excellent host and chef. Although the hotel is small, the property only has 10 rooms, which are each cozy and charming. I cannot wait to go back.

Een heerlijke kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Alles schoon en comfortabel zowel badkamer als bed. Ontbijt was prima. Het hotel heeft en heerlijk restaurant. Voor het hotel stop ieder half uur een gratis bus naar beneden. Vanuit hotel kun je al prachtige wandelingen maken. Als ik ooit weer in Arosa kom zal ik er zeker weer terug gaan.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Idealer Standort, da direkt an der Skipiste. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist, das man den Geruch der Küche im Zimmer riecht. Essen war sehr fein.

Toller Ort, direkt an der Skipiste! Parkplatz vor dem Haus, freundlicher Service von der Reception bis ins Restaurant. Essen im "Burestübli" sehr lecker - auch Kinder sind willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir fühlen uns wohl, es ist kein Schicki Micki Hotel. Einfach und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr fein und speditiv. Finde solche kleinen Hotels einfach schön.

Das Hotel liegt schön gelegen, direkt nähe Skilift, allerdings ohne Auto immer auf Bus angewiesen der ins Zentrum fährt, das ist eher mühsam. Preis Leistung sind ok, einfach, unkompliziert. Dusche funktionierte nicht gut. Zimmer gross, einfach und sauber. An der Reception ist meist niemand, für Fragen, Bezahlungen etc. muss man jemand suchen und einfach warten. Sehr mühsam. Personal sonst freundlich. Da im Restaurant viel Fondue und Raclette gegessen wird, hat es immer einen Käse oder Küchen Geruch. Das hat mich ziemlich gestört. Es führt keine Weg innerhalb des Hotels zum Skiraum. Für eins zwei Nächte ist das Hotel ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.
