Seems like one of my favorite hotels along our trip in Switzerland. The scenery surround hotel is incredible. Closest station is Interlaken Ost, after that we can hop on the bus. There is bus station in front of hotel. Various breakfast menu and delicious.

A lovely place to stay as a visitor to an adequately furnished, comfortable hotel or as a resident in an aged care facility. My wife and i stayed for five nights with breakfast included and were very satisfied with our comfortable accommodation. The rooms do not have air conditioning but have doubleglazed doors that open out to a patio and have an en suite. There are several usb charging ports in the room and quite a few power outlets that are new and not the larger round type power outlets. The staff is very professional, very helpful, and friendly, plus they speak english and a number of other languages. There is a laundry facility where you will be given a key for washing and washing powder for six francs. There are many other facilities, including a modern, wellequipped gym, spa, and sauna which is quite elaborate. When staying at the hotel you will notice that there are many elderly people and people moving around who are more than happy to say hello and make you feel welcome. The rooms do have cable tv and we were able to watch a movie in english but only for the first five minutes then it failed and the tv required a reset. After the reset the same movie was in dutch. It was quite difficult to try to get the movie back to english and i was asked to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. Breakfast included in our stay was very nice with personalized coffee and tea provided. If you want you can also ask to book dinner and have it charged to your room, but you have to register your request for dinner before 10 am.

Excellent hotel that is fully equipped for wheelchair users. Rooms with a large balcony with lovely views of the garden and mountains. Small gifts in the hotel rooms and apples for free on each level of the hotel. There is no minibar or coffee in the room, instead, there is a nice bar at the hotel reception and a library bar with drinks and snacks available for selfservice. Bad spa with sauna and firstclass physiotherapy available! Friendly staff throughout reception, restaurant, facility, and physiotherapy!.

We will return when we return to the united states. This is our third stop on our way around the country, and the hotel boasts stunning scenic views. The hotel room is roomy, spotless, and has a lovely balcony. Being a traveler, the hotel staff is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and their hospitality is unparalleled. We misplaced a pair of gloves while changing rooms for a higher floor, and we informed the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that they returned them to me. Its just in time because we are on our way to the top of Europe, the jungfrau, and will be freezing. Thank you, barbara and crew!.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with the balcony being amazing. Breakfast is included and i really like it, especially the fried egg. Overall, i would recommend this hotel to everyone! A wonderful stay at hotel artos interlaken! Walking to interlaken ost, which leads us to the jungfrau area, is quite convenient. I didnt know that the hotel received an extension for the local elderly and those in need, but i didnt feel uncomfortable or shocked by the coexistence of elderly facilities and the hotel. I believe most guests expect it to be a hotel and want to be informed in advance, which i believe the hotel can do better by providing more information in the description of the hotel.

Located in Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland, the nonsmoking Hotel Artos enjoys a central location with panoramic views of the Jungfrau Region.
