A really beautiful and charming hotel in the town of Rothenburg. The room was quite comfortable and modern, a great position just in front of the bus stop. The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious cordon bleu!

If you are looking to avoid sky high prices in the city of Lumen, this old-fashioned inn is a great idea. Two bus routes stop near the door, and the train station is a block away, so getting into the center of town takes less than 15 minutes. They serve a typical Swiss breakfast in the morning, nothing elaborate, but all of it is high quality. Due to the limited number of rooms, they don't have a front desk, so if you require a full-service hotel, this might not be the best option because they have old-fashioned keys with a heavy fob and you can't leave them at reception. You might be locked out of the hotel late at night if you forget your key. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and a good choice if you're staying there.

They served good food with secure underground parking, and the staff was very friendly. The location is close to the railway station. And then, the room was clean and cozy and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

We remained here for a long time after returning from Italy. The warmth was great. We were given the same room, had free internet and had a wonderful meal. The staff was excellent and courteous, and there was nothing unreasonable to ask for. The food prices are expensive, but they are Swiss level, and one of our favorite is a woman who has been repaired. Nothing special is offered except for coffee or tea-making facilities. Breakfast is served in a bakery on Sunday, and it's wonderful! Definitely better than in the hotel.
