Amenitiesnya lengkap, pelayanannya super banget, bahkan dibekelin sarapan padahal pesen yg room only.. melebihi ekspektasi. Dapet kamar ujung yg view ke jalannya ok. Gak nyesel nginep di sini.

I reread the evaluations I have read over the past six months on Ta before writing this. I really dont like the ones that were so negative. I traveled through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for three weeks in a septic tank. Friends that lived in Germany for 25 years have recommended the hotel donor to us as one of their favorite places in Switzerland. And we as two traveling couples agree! This is a beautiful hotel in the ideal setting for exploring interlaced places. Our rooms had a balcony and were roomy and exceptionally clean. As in all the hotels we stayed in, the mattresses are twins pushed together to form what we call a king. They were extremely comfortable. The bathroom is new and contemporary. All the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us store our large suitcase for three days while we visited Louverbrunnen Murren. They were always willing to make suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Also, there is a lovely bar across from the front desk. Its typical for this region of Europe. You cant predict the weather and we were told that the last summer was unseasonably warm. It was a great stay. I stayed in October with the very entertaining bartender, Steve, who prepared the breakfast to order and the usual buffetstyle items you find at most great hotels in this area. I spent 5 nights here and don't regret it. Room 321 is the prize because it overlooks a breathtaking mountain vista as well as a birdsong view of the wide open tree-lined park. Brunch was excellent and included a wide selection of cured meats, cheeses of every caliber, freshly baked delights such as fried bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, and pastries. Also, this truly incredible machine made the coffee and cappuccino perfectly and is capable of producing any coffee drink you might have in just a few seconds. Thanks to mania's constant smile at the reception or the breakfast buffet, I was unable to see anything in the machine trying to find a brand name unique. Monica and Petra are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! We will be back if we so choose!

The employee was really lovely. The room was big, the atmosphere was calm, and the room was spotless. They also provided a big bag for each of us when we got to the airport at 1 am. Besides that, the breakfast was delicious.

Were already planning our return and will still and always choose hotel du word. I was initially reluctant because of the unfavorable evaluations but ended up booking a hotel nearby. It was, in my opinion, the right decision. Our train was delayed for two hours, and it was raining when we arrived. The warm greeting just made our day brighter! Then, upon seeing our room. Size, cleanliness, balcony, view, complimentary refreshments. Were incredibly happy. It's in a great location, too close to interlaced ost, bus stop, shopping area! And the best breakfast we've had on our trip to Europe! Oh, they're already friendly, helpful, and exceedingly accommodating. Best hotel for our first time in Switzerland and Europe.
