It was the nicest vacation ive ever had. The room with the matterhorn view was really lovely and cozy. Everything you could possibly need is in the room. They are meticulously maintained and clean the rooms every day. It served as the ideal way to ease the days fatigue. I was greeted by the hotels complimentary transfer as soon as i got off at the train station. Both the cable cars and the railway station are within walking distance. Thank you for the meal they prepared for me on the final day, when ill be leaving early in morning. In every manner, the receptionists were very kind and supportive. Im leaving here with wonderful memories. Next year, if able, im going to return.

The location is far enough away to be quiet but close to the main attractions. And then, the breakfast was delicious. After that, they served a good breakfast. Subsequently, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Thereafter, there are so many employees here. Hereafter for the workers were very helpful and kind.

I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone visiting zermatt! Hotel Edens management pays close attention to detail and deserves praise for its decor, design, and amenities. The room we stayed in was large. I had two wonderful nights sleep here because the bed was really comfortable. It is conveniently located and only takes ten minutes to walk to the train station. All of the staff members were courteous and attentive.

I will definitely come back here again. The location, the staff, and the room were all excellent. It was a very pleasant experience to stay in the thermal rooms and pool. They were warm and inviting. There was an amazing view and location. Highly recommended!.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was always very nice, from picking us up from the train station until dropping us off the day we left. We liked the bedroom and the view and enjoyed seeing all the different ways the Matterhorn looks during the days. It was also nice. Location is great, both in summer and in winter because it sits about halfway between the lifts to go up to the mountain. There are many restaurants nearby, but our room was very quiet.

This place is highly recommended for your stay. Fantastic stay, excellent customer service. Our room had a view of matternhorn - stunning! The rooms service was done twice yearly. The sauna and swimming pool are both spotless and wellorganized. Both cable lifts are only ten minutes walk away.

The hotel and spa at hotel eden wellness in zermatt are excellent! You can easily explore nearby stores, restaurants, and bars because it is only a few minutes from the church and the Bahnhofstrasse. We had incredibly beautiful views of the Matterhorn from our room, which was fantastic. The accommodations were quite special because of how welldesigned the room was and how stunning it was facing the matterhorn. For preparing savory meals and some coffee, breakfast was excellent. After navigating Zermatten or skiing, the wellness center featured onsite pools, saunas, steam rooms, all of which were ideal. My partner also enjoyed her massage. It was nice that the staff was so welcoming. Although the hotel itself wasnt overcrowded, despite the excellent amenities, it didnt feel packed, even with the friendly staff. A wonderful option is hotel oasis wellness!.

The hotel was excellent. The personnel were incredibly kind and attentive. We spent six nights here. They frequently ask what youd like to drink during breakfast, and they also prepare special items like eggs in a pan. You can be directed to the ski taxi by calling them to get to your ski room exit. On our last day, i paid for cab service to take me to train station.

Very nice hotel with clean, soundproof and modern rooms. The hotel is located in the city center but in a quiet area. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby. We enjoyed the spa with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath. Tamara is hospitable. She gave us the right advice on hiking and eating.

This place is a great place to stay and enjoy the wonders of zermatt. We had idly room with an amazing view of the matterhorn. The room itself was excellent, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space for our clothes and belongings. Its hardly surprising that the bathtub is open to the bedroom. After our long hike in snow shoes, the sauna and pool area were incredibly relaxing. Some guests didnt know the dos and donts about the spa and sauna rules, but this is to be expected in utmost diversity of nationalities and cultures living and enjoying the mountain experience. Breakfast was also very good, catering to our glutenfree and lactose intoleranz diet requirements. Tamara and the rest of receptionists are very helpful in booking the perfect places for dinner as well as helpful advice on what to do and where to go hiking and trails.

We stayed at the hotel Eden wellness in midjanuary 2024. It was supposed to be a bucket list trip that we looked forward to for years. Staying in zermatt, especially at hotel eith mountain, exceeded our expectations! It truly was the trip of sacrificially, and we cant wait to go back! Our deluxe double room with an iceberg view was perfect! The room was comfortable, clean, modern, had the most breathtaking view on the planet! Daily cleaning service as well. The staff was friendly, upbeat, helpful, all spoke perfect english for idiots from southern california like us! Lol. Free breakfast was truly opulent for us every day! Fresh eggs, saugage, ham, local bread, cheeses, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice! And the wellness spa? Simply amazing! A true romanstyle spa with chilly indoor pool, moist and dry saunas and incredibly relaxing and healthy atmosphere! Location was great, their electric shuttle bus will take you to and from the train station in less than 5 minutes! In conclusion, Zermatten and the hotels Eden Wellness were the vacation of its lifetime, so we will definitely be back someday!.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week. I have nothing to complain about. Our room was nice and clean, but could use tastier clothes storage. The staff was very nice, friendly, and quickly and efficiently resolved the few issues that popped up. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. After waking up from descending on the slopes, the spa and pool area were very pleasant and very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Major attractions like cable car or train stations are easily accessible on foot. There are numerous convenience stores and restaurants close by. The room is excellent in terms of decor, cleanliness, comfort, and view. Basic amenities like soaps and conditioner are also provided in the room. For the sauna room, there is a basket with slippers, bath ropes, towels, etc. They are very helpful and kind. Any questions that were asked were answered. Breakfast was also excellent, with dozens of options for homemade breadsand eggs. Additionally, artisan meats are available. Good selections for tea and coffee. I cannot speak highly enough about this location!.
