The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. The staff was polite and kind. Because there were many interesting things within walking distance of the hotel, the location was ideal.

The common areas are a bit worn out, but overall good. After, the place feels cozy. Later on, breakfast was excellent, and the service was unexpectedly good at this location. Beside that, its in tucked away from the main pedestrian areas. Finally, this place is in an excellent position, not in the center of them.

We found the glovenhof to be the ideal hotel for exploring zurich! We were in the heart of town, making exploring simple. Our two boys loved the family room with the bunk beds, and we were surprised by how many toys, activities, or childfriendly amenities, such as a stool in our bathroom, provided in this room. It was fantastic! Our only complaint was that the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Our experience at the glovenhof was truly exceptional! My wife and i were impressed by the high caliber of the rooms, which exceeded our expectations in comparison to other hotels in Europe at comparable prices. Our two children thoroughly enjoyed their room, designed especially for young children.

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in the special family room, which was great with the kids. Breakfast could have been better if there was a larger selection. More fresh vegetables, in particular.

If i could give the hotel six stars, ill undoubtedly return to Zurich and wont think twice about making another reservation. Except when ive got a really strong opinion, im almost never write remuneration. In this instance, it is genuinely incredibly positive. Glockenhof was outstanding in every single way. Checkin was simple and the front desk personnel were courteous and welcoming. The lobby is elegant and classy. There is an outdoor space at the motel where you can listen to the bells playing as if it were merely ten minutes from the central train station. They quickly learned my familys coffee, tea, and coffee order and had it ready for us as soon as they saw us sit down each morning. And they were very kind to my children. Same goes for the hospitality personnel, who were efficient and thorough. We always returned to pristine and freshly prepared rooms. Even the glass shower was meticulously cleaned every day! And once more, so much love for my kids. While we were there, my daughter celebrated her birthday, which was celebrated by them with balloons and decorations and adorned with dazzling fruit platters. If you dont feel like going out, the hotels restaurant is also attached. However, because it lies right on Bahnhofstrasse, just 10 minutes away from downtown, there arent many excellent cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, or grocery stores within

We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts, the location being within walking distance to old town, shopping and the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wouldnt hesitate to suggest the hotel. The hotel is renowned for its customer service. Its staff is friendly and helpful. One of the rooms has a kingsized bed for parents. A second room for children with bunk beds, childrens toys and tables, pintsized bathrobes and bath toys. Not much more than merely doubling the price of id like to recommend it. Anyone traveling with children should stay there, in my opinion. Additionally, it is only ten minutes walk from the central train station and across the street from opulent vegetarian restaurant. And breakfast is included in the room!.

Excellent location, located in the old town, close to many attractions, comfortable bedding, a decent nights sleep, excellent cleaning of the room and building, decent breakfast and good service. Peter, who served us breakfast one morning, was really attentive and friendly, and room service always gave us free water bottles and toberone chocolates. Slippers were also provided by the hotel, which is unusual these days.

Nice hotel. My favorite feature was its convenient location and proximity to numerous restaurants, shops, train stations, and even the lake. The hotel was peaceful. It is ideal that the main shopping street is one block away from the hotel, which was quiet. For us americans, this hotel also had air conditioning, so that was very important.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The location is excellent. For a day trip to the metropolis, you dont need to take any transportation. It is convenient to travel everywhere. From the train station, it takes more than ten minutes to walk. There is solitary balcony with floortoceiling windows in each room type. Excellent customer service, pristine and orderly accommodations, and incredibly delicious and rich breakfast are all hallmarks of the hotel. Im quite pleased with this place.
