The location is fantastic and has a lake view. There was someone to help us at check-in. The room was mediocre. Breakfast had poor quality and the service was mediocre bread rolls coming from the freezer and cold from the inside.

The waiter made a joke about allergies during our last visit and knowingly sent multiple food items we had discussed that two of our group couldnt eat to our table. If the food was better, I would have scheduled a lot of large events here. Its unfortunate that many local eateries are doing much better jobs providing very highquality, locally grown, healthy, modern options that build on Swiss tradition. This isnt one of those places. I have a group coming in October and this would be my choice, but I cant book here due to poor treatment and quality of food preparation. Also, people should know that this is not the hotels fault, but it is important to know that this hotel is on the flight route to Zurich Airport. Some mornings, very early at 6 am, many planes fly incredibly low over the hotel. Getting a good nights slept was difficult.

This hotel is in a nice and neat location, and I love the lake view. The room size was very small, but there is a good restaurant and a quiet environment, so you'll hear some voices from other guests at night and early morning.

The cleanliness of this hotel was very impressive. This hotel is well located, for my needs as a referee at ghc Zurich it is clean and friendly even I can't use the restaurant because of other commitments, it is with good parking facilities and easy access, for the convenience of our needs, I will stay here again.

This hotel is strategically located on a beautiful hill with a breathtaking view, even if you look out of the window. The food at this hotel is delicious, the staff are really thoughtful, they understand our mind when and what we need to order. I would come back at any time. This place is definitely recommended.
