Sesuai harga, kamar nyaman, Anda dapat meminta teko pemanas. Disediakan microwave di lantai dasar. Untuk resepsionis, pelayanannya sangat baik dan informatif (good job mbak Joana). Resepsionis hanya sampai jam 18:00, jika ingin check-in, usahakan sebelum jam Lokasi sangat strategis dekat stasiun, tidak perlu lelah mendorong koper.

Excellent setting! You can get on the train in just a few steps from the terminal, right in front of the terminal. There are several interesting points nearby. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, always willing to assist. A location to store bags before checking in or after checking out. Excellent structure. Large room with a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Comfortable bed. Small box, unable to move much inside.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus di seberang stasiun. Staf sangat membantu dan ramah, semua tanpa kecuali. Joana di resepsi melayani kami dengan keunggulan dan keramahan. Kamarnya nyaman, kebersihannya bagus, sarapannya banyak variasinya dan semuanya enak. Tidak ada cacat.

It is one of the best hotels. Five steps from the main station. Great views. The rooms are well furnished. Even the rooms at radisson hotels lack refrigerators. But merkur has them.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again if i ever get the chance to visit interlaken. The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, especially the friendly staff who recommended places to visit around interlaken. The hotel also offers an interlaken Visitor card which allows you to travel around interlaken for free, which can help save some money if you travel within budget. The location is great, right opposite interlaken west station. If you have large luggage, you can take it directly to the hotel without any problems. Their room is very new and clean, i believe it has just been renovated, the axx photos have not been updated to the latest. I almost missed breakfast at the hotel because i had to catch a train to the next city in the morning, but in the end they managed to arrange breakfast for me, which was really appreciated.

What a service i received from the hotel! My wife and kid had a great time at the hotel. The location is ideal, there is a station and bus stop right in front of the hotel. I was a little concerned when i saw the hotel review, but after my stay, i dont think they deserve less than a 4. They should deserve more. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, but in terms of hospitality, this is one of the best. Breakfast is adequate for me. Of course, there arent many options, but this is typical of most european hotels. I enjoy the hotel view while eating breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you stay at a hotel, the bus service to interlaken is free, as you will receive an interlaken pass. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel again.
