On my next trip to zermatt, i will most certainly stay at this hotel again. The hotel was in a fantastic position, just 20 meters from the ski lift, and the personnel was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was better than anticipated, and the panorama of the Matterhorn from the window was breathtaking. The sauna was also quite cozy and soothing.

Kami sudah ke sana dua kali. Hotel yang sangat bagus jika ingin dekat dengan keberangkatan kereta gantung. 8 Menit hingga 10 menit berjalan kaki dari pusat kota, jadi tidak banyak! Direkomendasikan! Hotel yang tenang. Ruang ski besar. Kamarnya sangat bagus. Sarapan cukup baik.

This place is absolutely perfect. The rooms and breakfast were exceptional. Situated just 20 feet from the ski lift, it was incredibly convenient. The owner, Fabienne, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a variety of hiking and skiing recommendations for the town. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The hotel is family run and has a beautiful view of the south side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also very close to the main ski lift. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Nice location with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Right next to the gondola, but also means 20 minutes from the train station. The hotel will pay for a taxi if you stay for 3 nights. Hotel shuttle was never available during our stay. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

This week, we had an excellent stay here. Excellent location near the gondola and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our room and breakfast area. The breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of foods. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. Pierre and mark were incredibly friendly.

Before leaving, i sent them a letter of death, and i was greeted with warm and prompt english responses. Extremely considerate establishment, with the front desk doubles as a breakfast room and a double as a pickup and dropoff taxi driver. Ideal location for the gondola. Would return in a heartbeat!.

Saya telah mengunjungi tempat ini beberapa kali. Lokasinya luar biasa, beberapa langkah dari Matterhornbahn, strukturnya nyaman, bersih, dan terawat dengan baik. Tidak ada yang berlebihan. I would definitely stay again. The lift is less than a minutes walk away, the wifi is fast, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, but they are a bit small, what isnt small in europe, there are plenty of plugs in the room, the staff was very nice, there is a room to store ski and snowboard equipment and a box to lock your key while you are out for the day so you dont lose it, breakfast was ok but the same as any other place ive eaten breakfast in europe, there is a small bar and fitness room with equipment if you feel like getting more exercise than skiing and walking around town,
