Hotel yang bagus, kamar yang tenang, besar, nyaman, dengan WiFi yang bagus, brankas kunci, dan minibar. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman, tidur sangat nyenyak. Staf yang penuh perhatian dan ramah. Setiap malam mereka membuatkan saya kopi gratis tanpa kafein dan kue. Sarapan enak dengan enam jenis keju, roti enak, salmon, yogurt, potongan daging dingin, dll. Lokasi bagus dekat dengan tempat wisata, restoran, supermarket, dan stasiun kereta. Terima kasih kepada tim untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

I had everything i could want for a onenight stay in lucerne, including excellent service, spotless rooms, a welcoming restaurant, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and other tourist attractions. Our double bedroom had an amazing view.

Online reservations for the restaurant were made quickly. Veal sausage, pork sausage, and meat loaf were all available. Everything was delicious. The mashed potatoes were a little thin, and the meat leaf didnt require much gravy. In general, the service was good, the food was delicious, and the terrace had a lovely atmosphere.

Hotel ini agak tua di pusat kota Lucerne yang megah. Staf yang sangat ramah. Parkir valet sangat bagus. Kami juga makan malam di restoran terlampir dan saya harus mengatakan bahwa kami puas. Alamat yang sangat bagus dan patut disebutkan. Harga rata-rata di Swiss, yaitu agak tinggi bagi kami dibandingkan dengan rasio kualitas atau harga.

The room was fantastic, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located near the lake and in the city center, offering a peaceful atmosphere. However, there was one minor issue, as i understand that this place is not suitable for individuals with physical issues. The only lift provided was after a lengthy climb of stairs, and once there, you had to go upstairs or downstairs again to access your room. Despite these issues, everything else about the stay was delightful!.

Makanan dan minumannya sangat enak. Sayangnya kami tidak menginap satu malam. Namun sayang sekali bagi restoran atau hotel sekelas ini jika menunya menyajikan hidangan vegetarian yang mengandung parmesan. Sayangnya, Parmesan bukanlah vegetarian karena anak sapi selalu dibunuh olehnya. Mungkin Anda harus melatih koki lebih lanjut saat ini.

The staff were excellent, they were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were decent, but there were a few issues loud, creaky floors, poor sound insulation between rooms, and excessive heat collection.
